I do love these apartments BUT there is mold everywhere I have cleaned it multiple times and there is an aunt problem but others then that this is an amazing place.

Pros:
Sauna
Gym
Year round hot tub
Close to Oregon trail shopping plaza
Close to Mt Hood
Wood burning fireplace
Nice management
Cons:
Parking is awful
Very sensitive fire alarms
Off highway (you can hear the cars at night)
Rent is on the higher side (1BR for $950)
Overall: Its a nice place to live and no place is perfect, we are glad we moved to Heatherwood apartments. If the cons listed above aren't a big deal to you, you will like it too.
