I did not rent here however I did have a negative experience with trying to obtain information as a potential renter. I filled out their form, gave some information on what I was looking for and and an approximate date for move in (as it is not finalized yet). I asked for an email back with the availability of their units and simply received back an email saying to call them. They didn't answer any of my questions at all and I was completely ignored. I responded asking for once again the same information that I requested the first time and they came back basically giving me information for a unit I had not requested about. If you don't have what someone is requesting, just tell them upfront instead of wasting everyone's time trying to get them to call you so you can sell them something they don't want. It just feels very shady.

The move-in has been seamless so far with quick response times and easy communication, smoothing over what is typically a stressful experience. There was a small snag with the application that was taken care of quickly. Looking forward to making Bailey my new home!

We paid 1000 dollars when we move-in. We lived there round 2 years, when we move out this year, we hired a professional cleanning company to clean the apartment for us because I heared a lot residents said the office will charge the deposit as much as they can. The hired cleaning workers are very professional, they cleaned everything including the dust on the light bulb and blinders, they even replace the count top with a new one. The cleaning fee is 330 dollars. However, after we received desposit bil, we got 0 back. Can you believe it? ! The bill displayed that they charged 305.64 on applicance repair, 82.36 on electical repair and hundereds dollars charged on other things, in total is 1000. I laughed a lot when I saw it. How could that possible that all charges can be exactly 1000? It is clearly that they just try their best to charge you every cent from your deposit! There are a lot of other cleaning fee (Jesus! We hired a professional cleaning company did that!), like 70 for carpet clean, 180 for cleaning fee etc. That's ridiculas! We asked them to provide the details bill about the sub-charge, but they didn't. I am not the worst case, my friend who lived in bailey 1 year and he paid 1700 deposit but got only 300 back! (He also hired a professional cleaning company to clean it!)

The leasing staff is not fully knowledgeable and gives you different information every time you call. I’d recommend calling at least 3-5 times to find out everything you need to know before leasing!

Just as the others said, when we live in Baily, everything is ok. When we move out, we paid a cleaning company $400 and clean the house whole day. But we received the final account statement today which is disgusting. Bailey charged us $1000! It's insane. They’re like vampire bats. I definitely do not suggest you live here.

The staff I have worked with have always gone above and beyond to help me. Each staff member have left me feeling at ease and always have been so helpful and kind! They are always so welcoming and helpful even with the smallest of questions. Thank you Jackie and Grace for all of your help! You both have been so wonderful to work with! I appreciate all you have done to make leasing an easy experience!

Residents are friendly and respectful. The noise is a bit louder than I'm comfortable with, but hopefully after I get all my furniture moved in it won't be as bad. The neighborhood is beautifully kept and I'm so thrilled to have found a nice, quality dog-friendly community.

Theivery I, too, have experienced at this residency. The leasing office did not hesitate to replace ALL of their vinyl, carpets, blinds, and drip pans with our 'security deposit' and had the audacity to charge us the hefty cleaning fee after we had deep-cleaned the unit (can provide photo). Perhaps, this was a retaliation for our unwillingness to furnish the funds for repairs needed on their delapidated washer, but it seems to be a consistent for them to take what is not rightfully theirs. The aforementioned was one of the numerous occasions in which their cheap appliances would malfunction. If you would like further details on the malfeasance I was subjected to, please email me. Otherwise, the availability for parking is less than sufficient. I achieved a citation, as I had nowhere else to park, coming home from work, in the biking lane. The sound between floors moves easily and the office would not lift a finger in regards to the family that would stampede about their dwelling at ALL hours of the day. The dog-friendly policy would be a wonderful thing if I hadn't stepped in feces on multiple occasions from entitled, irresponsible pet owners. The staff, conveniently, lacks in effective, and timely, communication should it be via email or through their resident portal. Exceptional reviews are incentivized with gift cards through the community rewards program. Take that as you will. The positives were oversized showers (in the master bathrooms), unlimited hot water, abundant amenities, and walkability to nearby stores, fast food, and public transit. Overall, if you find these apartments to be desirable, take photos upon move-in, and move-out, get everything in WRITING, and record the maintenance crew during their visits in your dwelling. Personally, I value function over form. These 'luxury apartments' fell significantly short of a luxurious experience for me, but perhaps that will not be your experience. Reach out to me if you have any inquiries. Otherwise, I wish you the best of luck in your search. Cheers.

I love it here at the Bailey, one of my favorite things is the silence and tranquility. Also love the cleanliness and newness of the property.

Let me preface this by saying that while living here I didn't have many issues aside from there not being enough parking and thin walls. However, upon moving out they unnecessarily took our entire security deposit. Before moving out we cleaned every last inch of the apartment thoroughly yet we were charged exorbitant cleaning fees. On top of that they charged us to replace things that were perfectly fine when we moved out. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures after moving out, but if you live here make sure you document EVERYTHING or else you'll be nickel and dime'd.

WARNING! Video and Photograph EVERY INCH when you leave! They will Charge You $$$$$ when you move out even if you leave it spotless! They refused to do walk through telling me it was "fine". I insisted but NO Checklist was used. My place was beautiful & professionally cleaned! They billed for new flooring even though it was perfectly fine! Also drip pans, oven racks, and so much that was legally not allowed, took my deposits and billed me over $1000, then ignored my formal legal letters to their company and sent me to collections! Now I have to fight in court. So, protect yourself by photographing everything, like I did. I even made video of me vacuuming the porch! LIARS and THIEVES. So nice when you move in.then cheaters.
Also, your bikes are UNSAFE in Bake Barn. Mine had three thic cables on it, cut like butter. Bike cages are a joke, Thieved come every night and cut right through the chain link. I reported mine and 4 others and they said tough luck.
There was a shooting, and management refused to give video to the police without a warrant, they REFUSEd to help find a criminal who shot someone and the bullets went INTO the esterior wall of an apartment. Then, management wouldn't clean up the blood the next day! Tenants finally poured hydrogen peroxide all over the sidewalk to clean it.
The pool and jacizzi are nice, and although rent is too high, it's ok and we liked our apartment but ants came up through the inner bathroom fixtures! Also lots of spiders etc as we were by the canal.
DON'T RENT HERE

I have really enjoyed living at the Bailey for the past year, they are the example I will hold all other apartments I rent in the future to. The amenities are amazing, the neighborhood is friendly, I have had no problems while living here that a chat with the office didn't quickly resolve.

The Bailey has been a great place for my family. It's very dog friendly with a small dog park and provided bag and garages, as well as have a pool, hot tub, gym, etc. The community is very kid friendly and safe! It is also very close to an EMX station, Fred Meyers, and a bike path that follows Amazon Creak. The managers are awesome people and always willing to help you out. Please come and check out the Bailey and see for yourself what it's like!

Living at the Bailey has been such a phenomenal experience! Such a peaceful location, staff is great, and the community wonderful. The Bailey is very close to any convenient stores, grocery stores, and restaurants which is very convenient for all residents! My wife and I enjoys every bit of living at The Bailey!

We love everything about the Bailey except the school it's near which is totally out of their control. The community here is incredibly child friendly in that my child can safely play outside with friends in the community while I get things done around the house. Not only that, having a dog park right here in the community is a straight up god send. Say GOODBYE to long walks in the rain waiting for your dog to do their thing. Set them loose in the dog park while you stay dry under your umbrella. Oh, and did I mention the dog wash? We haven't gone to the groomers since moving in.

Nice apartments with good community amenities, large rooms, nice appliances, and dog friendly! I’ve been pretty happy in our year here, by far not the worst experience I’ve had with a large management company.

The location, apartment, community, and the staff is all so amazing! The staff members made it so easy for the move in and are so great to communicate with. Everyone is so friendly and kind, especially with the community events hosted once a week. The apartment itself is wonderful and spacious! Would definitely recommend
