The Landings at Morrison Apartments

Signed a year lease here. My downstairs neighbor smoked cigarettes in his apartment which made my whole apartment stink like cigarettes my clean clothes everything. Complained to the management and they said smoking indoors is allowed. Broke my lease after a month. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you smoke cigarettes.

Horrible place. Delivering furniture to someone who lives there. No addresses on any door. Office manager refused to point us in right direction. She refused to call the tenant and she refused to go knock on tenants door. Instead she told us to leave and we’d have to reschedule. Lucky for me the security gate was left open so wondered in only to find the tenants door right there. When I went back to the manager to tell her the gate was open I got in anyway without her help and to complain to her about her rudeness and unhelpfulness she called security to come throw us out of the office! This place is crazyville!

Moving in was a breeze. I had the paperwork signed within minutes. During my final walk-through, I noticed that one room had a bad lightbulb and the dishwasher didn’t seem properly set in its place, and a man was there to fix those things before I’d even had time to finish bringing in my boxes of stuff! As an added bonus, the fridge was stocked with some sodas, water bottles, and snacks like a nice little “welcome home” surprise! Lastly, Jill, the woman who works here, was as friendly a person as they come. And good staff at an apartment is every bit as important to me as the apartment itself.

I lived in this complex for approximately three years. The office staff here was top notch. Always friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew always responded quickly to any need we had. The manager Of the complex does a wonderful job and I have recommended this complex to my friends.

Beautiful Spacious, 9 ft ceilings. Newly renovated. Washer, dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Secure gated apartments with wonderful amenities! Friendly, professional staff. Quiet area. So far We love it.:)

Great place to live. Gated community. Don’t have to worry about tweaked and such. Price is reasonable as well.

We love this place! Staff is amazing and very helpful and the apartment is very spacious. The pool is a plus in the summer and the hot tub ️ Everything is amazing and I look forward to continue living here.

The maintenance guys are soooo nice and awesome and resolve maintenance issues really fast! That's the only reason I am leaving stars. The women in the office however are a different story. They NEVER pick up the phone and when I ask for something to get done (office wise) it never does. There is like 4 of them there and none of them can get things done. I wish the owner would give them a little training on customer service skills.

BEWARE! These people will scam you once you move out, they completely ruined my brothers renting history and credit because they charged them hundreds of dollars to fix broken things that In fact were never broken. When they refused to pay it they sent them to collections so they have to take them to court! If you do plan on living here or currently live here take before and after pictures with the date stamp so they can’t get over on you as well! Horrible horrible horrible!

Maintenance here is quick and excellent.
The club house is not available after 6 pm which is not desirable for working people. The pool is over crowded with children at all hours including the hot tub, with no Adults Only time which is unfortunate.
There is a severe lack of parking and people constantly park in illegal spots with no consequences. Also not much insulation between floors so upstairs neighbors are noisy.
Office staff is pleasant.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and haven't had any problems. The management and staff are friendly and efficient.

Staff are great.apartments are nice.great locstion.close to everything.would love more colorful landscaping.so far so good!

The management make sure everything is maintained well. I love my floor plan and high ceilings and covered parking. Lots of amenities.

I've lived here for over 5 years and it's been amazing. All of the ladies in the leasing office have been fantastic!

Even if you pay for parking it isn't enforced, got my car towed have a 210$ fee for parking by the office would not recommend. The security is also never around and it's a very noisy place to live, if your looking for a place to rent look some where else

Sigh a new lease and promised carpet cleaning. And come to find out after signing a new lease I was informed that it can't be done because of budget cuts.wow broken promises. How you do you do faithful residents like that? I HATE broken promises.

This is the worse place to live, you might be calling the office they never pick up, not even once. When they finally picked up they put you on hold and never came back. My experience living here is horrible, I don't like it anymore

As for safety the gate is usually broken. There are gates all around the complex that get left open and I saw a young teen jump the so called *GATED COMMUNITY GATE LAST NIGHT! * DO NOT MOVE HERE! RENT IS HIGH AND STAFF IS POOR! When there is an issue i have to continuously call because no one will get back to me at the office. You might as well go talk to them in person because as a tenant here today I feel very well mistreated!

Avalon Apartments in Gresham has a friendly staff and a nice community of residents. I have had one maintenance issue in 6 months and it was fixed within 3 business hours. I am recommending Avalon for its great staff and friendly community.
