The Landings at Morrison Apartments

No parking. Trash all over cause dumpsters are not emptied frequently enough. Most the staff is nice except the manager. Every interaction with her has been negative. Definitely not worth the price. Who wants to pay this much to never be able to have friends stop by cause there is no parking, have to throw trash near the dumpster on the ground, and get treated poorly by disrespectful management? Way too much for an apartment in Gresham.

Just finished our first year, we love the place. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Only complaint is parking, but there is nothing they can do about that.

The worst place to live in, dont even think about moving here, there dozens places that are better and twice cheaper than this one. Beautiful outside, rotten inside.

Some residents have resorted to complaining that a car has not been moved recently, with pictures of your car as "evidence", which is meaningless because it would take video to be certain it wasn't moved. They are doing this in an effort to game the system. I suggest collecting evidence you have moved your car so that you can fight the harassing and targeted tow threats.
