I waited for over 45 minutes for "live verification" during the self pick-up process which is advertised as being the faster option. I was then charged $37 for not refilling the tank, even though I drove the pickup for 9 miles. Maybe if I hadn't lost an hour of my time during pickup, there would have been time to put a half gallon of fuel in.
When I asked @UHaul_Cares to please make things right, they refused to budge because I didn't call them to arrange an extension. Terribly unprofessional to blame the customer because you wasted their time.
Overall it was an awful experience a real waste of time and money. So long and thanks for the $65 bill for a 9 mile, 40 minute trip.
