They shortened their hours. When I arrived they told me they were "at capacity" despite there only being 3 people in the lobby with 2 hours before new closing time. I had a 101 fever and strep throat and was told to go to the ER (40 min away and higher copay conveniently for them) or go on line (2 hour wait). Can't beieve I actually *pay* for this garbage insurance. If I could give less than 1star I would. Kaiser should be ashamed.

Exemplary in every way! In and out in an hour, kind and focused service, Doc was absolutely amazing closing my wound in a creative way so I could still perform on my instrument. Couldn’t be better.

This was my first time at this specific urgent care. I checked in around 5pm and it was pretty slow so I was out of there after getting a lot of tests/stuff done by 7pm, so I’d say that’s pretty fast! Registration, the nurses, providers, imaging, lab, AND pharmacy were all super friendly and helpful. If I didn’t live in Beaverton, I’d probably come over here more often for care.

The care from Dr. Sauvain in urgent care (Kaiser interstate) was beyond awful. She was an awful communicator and was fully committed to doing something to me rather than partnering with me during my care. She refused to listen and take my experience seriously, to explain what was happening and what to expect and took pride in her credentials (she noted, in one of many moments of being condescending, that she worked at OHSU) rather than building trust with me and being patient/person centered.

If you can avoid her, I honestly would. I wish now I had stopped and gone to a different urgent care. She may have medical skills but her lack of people skills (and disinterest in patient’s experiences and unwillingness to communicate) prevent her from being a good doctor.

Such a long wait. I’ve been here for an hour and an half and there are 8 people ahead of me in line. After telling them my symptoms and asking for two tests at triage, I only got lab work for one of them. Now I’ll be waiting for 8 more people to go ahead of me before hearing the results. This is the worst urgent care I’ve experienced. I’m new to Kaiser and this is a horrible first experience. I miss Medicaid.

A nurse told us to get here for an urgent ultrasound after my pregnant wife fell. When we arrived we explicitly stated that we needed an ultrasound on a baby to make sure he is ok after the fall. We got checked in, waited for 2hrs and got called into the room. The first thing nurse tells us is that they don’t have an ultrasound and cant bring it from other departments.

My friend went there because she was having extreme kidney pain. They were busy so it took them forever to get to her, which isn’t an issue. The issue is that one of the receptionists told her that “it was all in her head” and to “calm down” as she’s passing out from the pain. She was diagnosed with a kidney infection and a whole HOARD of kidney stones. She didn’t catch her name but I do know it was a red headed women.it’s crazy to me that is a medical office they would have someone who is gaslighting young women. Very unprofessional, I hope she gets reprimanded for being extremely rude to someone experiencing EXTREME pain.

I went here once before and the experience was amazing. Today was the complete opposite. The employees at check-in and the pharmacy were very kind and all around amazing, but that’s about where the good of it ended. I don’t know if the intake nurse just didn’t like me, didn’t believe me, or what, but the notes from my visit reflected that she definitely didn’t listen to me, which is probably why I waited for 3 hours, with increasing levels of pain, to then be taken back and wait another 30 minutes before the doctor came in and told me nothing was wrong, and then begrudgingly offered a prescription after telling me to do all the things that I had already told the intake nurse I was doing. The cherry on top was a nurse coming in and trying to kick me out of the exam room while I waited for the doctor to print off my care instructions. Next time I’ll just wait 6 weeks for an appointment.

With the high demand for urgent care, Kaiser has once again provided me today with the highest level of care. Intake personnel in urgent care, nurse assistant, Dr. Exam and X-ray staff were all exceptional! Thank you so much….

The PA refused to give me an exam because, “it would tell them nothing and they had a really long day. ” I’d say it was a waste of time but now I feel better knowing that this is not the place to go if you need health care. They did offer me a doctors note, I just had to tell them what to write on it.

Dr. Elyea was the silver lining in an otherwise stressful visit. He was quick and efficient, but also incredibly friendly and understanding. He helped us out so much and made my son smile with his jokes, which is a hard task when the kids are sick.

This urgent care is understaffed and turning people away consistently. The wait time is equal to or worse then the local ER. We had to drive 40 minutes to get here because our local urgent care was also turning patients away. Save your time and go to the hospital.

I’ve been a Kaiser member in Northern California and here in Portland. I must say the service up here is incredible. I’ve jumped around from providence, ohsu, and now landed at kaiser again. I’ve been nothing but impressed with the quality of care that I get and the high level of compassion I’m treated with by staff. Sure, like any facility there may be individuals who have bad days but my quality of care has always been incredible. I think of all the urgent care options you could choose, you should choose this one. I got x-rays, blood tests, saw the doctor twice, and even my flu shot all within and hour and a half.

I visited urgent care on a Sunday, I was taken back to an exam room immediately, and the nurse practitioner was in the exam room within 2 min. We talked she did an examination, made her diagnosis, wrote the prescription, and I was on my way within minutes! Awesome service!

Trash! It's urgent care but I waited on hold 20 mins to "make an appointment". Don't know how long the actual wait woulda been cause after 20mins on hold I hung up. A$$holes

DO NOT COME HERE especially if you are a black person. I arrived here at 9: 07,7-minutes after they opened. They literally let every single person go before me (all white), while myself and another black person waited for over 2-hours. I asked one person at the front desk how long was the wait 1 and 1/2 hours after waiting and she said she couldn’t tell me. I asked the black receptionist 2-hours in and she said there 2 people ahead of me. That is when I saw a white woman get seen who came in well after I arrived. Kaiser get your stuff together. What I experience today was unacceptable, racist, and disturbing. Treat every patient fairly. If your team tells me to go urgent care, treat folks accordingly. It’s been over 3-hours and I still have not been seen.
