I have been a member of Kaiser for 60 years! There is a reason I've continued to be with them: I love having my records immediately accessible to all my providers, I have found the care enormously professional, efficient, personal, and thorough. It has been easy to establish lasting and gratifying relationships with mnny of my doctors. It seems to me the very model of an ideal HMO.
As for Urgent Care at Interstate South, today's visit was sterling. I was more than competently treated, tests were performed as I expected, my questions were answered at length and with clarity, and the waits were relatively short.
