29Went in because I was having issues with my iPhone and April the manager was amazing! She got it all fixed up and I’m back up and running! I highly recommend this store! Thanks April!
When I came to the store there was one employee and one other customer who was already being helped. I stayed in line for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I politely opened communication to get on the employee's radar, and he came back annoyed and defensive. I tried to smooth things over and he became more angry. I calmly left the store to let him cool down. Unnecessarily unprofessional.

Plans are too expensive and they try to gouge you for as much as possible. Made the switch to T-Mobile and never looking back

This is George Brown I've been a Verizon customer for about 12 years and it's been great I was in a very bad position this evening and Elijah at the Hillsboro store was so helpful he stayed over the times that he should have closed and help me out it was tremendous I can't thank him enough and I hope that you recognized his great work ethics and knowledgeable friendly helpful patient he is I just can't say enough good things about this young man thank you goodbye
