Walmart Supercenter, Eagle Point OR

Only two registers open for cash payments.even the self service was closed to cash carrying customers. Frustrating to think we could make a quick run in the store. Those two registers had long lines and they didn't even bring in more cashiers.

I always love going to Walmart at this time they just had too many people and not enough checkers that knew what they were doing and even the self checkout line there wasn't enough people there to help everybody so the lines were way too long

THAT Only 1 or 2 CHECKOUTS ARE OPEN TRYING TO FORCE US TO USE SELF CHECK-OUTS? AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN

The store is clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that due to very few checkout stands open it takes WAY too long to check out. I’ve waited thirty minutes to check out. They want me to do it myself. If I wanted to be a grocery checker, I’d go get a job doing it! But I’m twenty years too old for that, which means too old to check out over a hundred dollars worth of groceries. This is a major issue.

By far the best Walmart in the area. Less chaotic then others. Great, professional, & friendly staff.

I wanted some high grit sand paper for knife sharpening reasons, the automotive body repair section had none but lots of empty space and empty packages then I go to get my dog a toy just a complete disaster from the top all the way under the shelving section. I go to get a vacuum insulated tumbler they actually had a couple small ones but not in the right spots so I had no clue on prices. I was thinking about buying some socks nope there locked in a case, with no one around so screw it. Finally I go to self checkout and it took 10 min and 6 attempts before my transaction went through. That place needs a lot of work before it'll get more than one star and that's only because I have to have one at least I would give it zero if I could.

Didn't need a mast were good deals on there tires and a good time on getting them replaced only took 45 minutes for all four

It wasn't that crowd. I normally do not like going to Wal-Mart because there are always to many people

I shop at the Eagle Point Walmart because the other locations are usually overcrowded and there are usually a lot of unsupervised children running around and/or throwing tantrums while their parents ignore them. While this does happen at ALL of the Walmart stores, it seems to happen less at the Eagle Point store.

Besides being less crowded, the Eagle Point Walmart is usually cleaner and much easier to shop than the other locations.

It's a great place to shop and they have a good woman that works in their name Cathy and I think she's management it's where I buy all my cakes for my kids birthdays

This Walmart will likely not have alot of the non food items you will need.

This is the emptiest Walmart I've ever been to.
Just simply prepare for customer and get extra stock if you keep selling out.

There are three Walmarts within a small distance from one another in the Medford/Eagle Point Area. This is the newest, biggest, store. Huge. Fancier and Owned by the infamous Waltons.

Poor service. Spoke with manager about long wait to receive assistance and she just laughed, said that is to bad and walked away throwing up her left hand and refused to assist myself and other patrons.

It's a WalMart. Your experience is going to vary depending on the time of day when you shop. Overall the employees at this Walmart are friendly and helpful. Sometimes there aren't enough checkout lanes open (especially the express lanes) which we all know can be frustrating.

Several clerks are not too familiar with their merchandise, but many are very helpful. Often though, finding one takes a lot of walking. Overall a good place too shop.

17 minutes in line, ridiculous! Gout in my feet, 2 express lanes open (Didn't qualify) 1 regular, and the rest were self checkout. Will have to think long and hard before I go back

So first off for 5 years I drive from prospect to north medford walmart due to the experience I have had with Eagle point walmart. Today that changed. I went in looking at a new game system for my son and an employee named Morgan in electronics his badge said Morgan W. He was by himself at the moment because others were at lunch like he explained and he did an amazing job. He made all 4 of us waiting for help laugh and smile. Even the 2 that were mad and cussing about a phone that didnt have service. The way he took care of all of us was great and I think you need more employees like him. He was more about customer satisfaction than anything else. He made me feel I was the most important person there. At first I thought he was a manager doing manager tacticts to get people to calm down. But he said he was just a simple employee doing his job. You guys need to promote that man. Because if you dont some other company will snatch him and will be your loss. I will always remember him. He is a man who sets the standard for customer service. People can learn from him.

Very clean and well put together for a Wal-Mart. I don't know if I either miss the times the crazies are in the store or there just aren't any.

Stopped here to get some supplies. It has a pretty big parking lot. Saw some questionable characters. There was plenty of RVs and other cardwellers, so I'm assuming it's ok to overnight, didn't though.
