Walmart Supercenter, Eagle Point OR

Big store carry everything soup to nuts plants and hardware.most things cheaper than at other stores.

I was able to find most of the items I needed, but some of the shelves in automotive clean and waxing were empty of things I wanted.

Long line and very few checkers, they really push the self check. Older folks prefer having a checker and some one to bag the items.

Great prices saved $50 a tire for bfg mud terrain tires vs other shops in medford. Installed same day they came in and was on my way. Thank you

This review is for the Deli and Bakery departments, the staff is rude and the Bakery employees never have the correct answer to any questions regarding cake orders. The deli is very rude, particularly a bald gentleman whom is lazy with a bad attitude and POOR customer service. Will never order anything from these two departments EVER AGAIN!

A prototypical Walmart Supercenter. I’ve always had a nice shopping experience at this particular site. The sales staff have been quite pleasant in fact. It would appear this is the same shopping others are enjoying as well.

This store has been here 11 years. It has the friendliest employees and the best service.
Today the tire and lube people went above and beyond. Went in for oil change and headlight change then the blinker went out as we were leaving. They replaced it no charge. Then said hi to the bakery mgr.and
she came up and hugged me. My gosh.
They made our day.

In regards to the eagle point tire center:

I had a great experience with everyone working at the tire center especially Elliot, very friendly, helpful and quick. But that was all ruined by the one employee i had spoken with twice by phone.

Faron with 20 years of service at walmart had the rudest attitude i have ever encountered. Now i understand after being with walmart for 20 years you'd be a little tired of everything but my god. Not one bit of respect in his tone, or attitude towards me or any of the other customers being ''helped" by him.

I was debating if i would spent 10 minutes of my life on writing this review just to complain in regards to this one employee and i wasn't going to untill he treated me like human garbage when checking out.

I would have given him a break by saying he was having a bad day but i visited the same place over multiple months and this was repeated behavior by the same employee Faron. So comon, if you hate your job or your customers that much get yourself a different job.

Clean, quick and friendly service. My synthetic oil change was handled well and at a great price.

Shop there all the time. Great prices.got all of their phone numbers in my phone that are around here
