Great hike. A little longer and steeper than I was ready for this year, I survived. My Hood’s areas tend to be drier but with varied pine trees and brush areas. Some of the steeper area with a little rough too; good boots are essential. If you want long views with panoramic vistas, you may want to consider something else though.

Needed an upgrade. They made it easy. Our timing must have been good, too. No waiting. Dropped old box and remote in the bin. Went in. The nice gal got us a new box in plastic with new remote. Zip zat. We're all done. Less than 10 minutes. On our way.

The service man came to install the telephone service. He found that one existing port was not functioning so he proceeded to use another port and string the line across the sliding glass door. I ask him if he planned to leave that he said yes he would do that. I could move my three huge book cases and put my TV on another wall. I told him that was unacceptable so he complained he had to get the apartment owner's permission to drill in the wall and fix the dead port. I went over to the managers office and she came to the apartment and told him he could drill and fix the port and brought him a written permission. My complaint is that this man was prepared to make an unsafe connection and tell me I would have to move my furniture in order to get the TV hooked up.

Been a customer for 25 years, 13 years in Portland. My year contract has been up and my bill is $130 a month and due to my hours being cut at work need a plan that I can afford. Noted that there is a new customer deal for $69.99 a month for 140 channels and internet up to 200 mbps with a year contract, that’s what my plan is now but slower internet for $130! I asked if there was any offer that he could help me with so I won’t have to cancel. He wouldn’t even look at me, just kept mumbling yeah can’t help you. I left super upset, I’ve paid this company thousands of dollars and now more then ever need their help and professionalism.

Tried to find out where I could return a router. On the phone with 99 million levels of menus and never did talk to a human being. Shows how good monopolies and free market capitalism work. If Comcast had some competition in this area it might be different. Service is 1 out of 10.

You cannot call this store you cannot talk to the employees you cannot call this number and talk to a human being it's a robot no one's going to help you they don't care they just want you to talk to a robot and shut up and pay them. Their whole robot customer service screwed up and now they messed up my account and I can't talk to a person about it.

Horrible customer service told one thing get another. Overcharged me for almost 8 months and didn’t get the money back that I overpayed just a portion. They evidently don’t leave notes about what they promise their customers then it’s a whole new thing when you talk to someone else, having to reexplain yourself 3 times gets old.

Holy smokes is this place busy! It was a madhouse! I only came in there for a connector and an extra cable cord. I had to wait in line just to get it. I kind of figured that they would be busy because they are always busy. I tried to not come here because of that situation. I'm either going to be waiting forever or standing in line forever. It never goes quickly. To be honest I guess it's better than having to talk to one of their customer service Representatives on the phone.

DO NOT BUY XFINITY. It's a rebranded COMCAST that is HORRIBLE. They have awful internet & try to blame it on the modem provider. You have been warned - DO NOT BUY.

I can honestly say, that I have never had a bad experience at the Xfinity / Comcast store on Sandy and 71st Northeast. I have always experience wonderful service and friendly experienced Associates. If you are ever in there and need assistance, please ask for Ron the 49er fan and say that Dan the Browns fan said hello. Ron is a great employee and please give the man a raise! Thank you for having great employees Comcast / infinity

I already spent forever with a guy on the phone setting up cable service. Now I just need to pick up the box, but for some reason that requires waiting for 25 minutes and counting to speak to another representative. Why won't they just hand me the damn box so I can get on with my life?
Everyone is very nice, but I'm not going to forgive this lack of respect for my time.

Was there to try and reduce our bill the help was good he did what he could can't ask for more than that I just wish we could have got a little more of a reduction

My service price went up, so I went into shut off my service, and some wonderful person appears, offering me 1gb for cheap. I was stoaked! BTW Do Not use century link.

Had a very bad experience there took all cable boxes back they still haven't gave me my money back and i downsized and so far haven't had any money returned rate this a - 1

Inferior service and quality. Only got them due to not being able to get Dish network where we live. Will not recommend their tv service to anyone. Get dish network instead.

I tried to call to see if there's a long wait. Turns out there's no direct number to the store, which I learned after sitting through countless options before speaking to a very nice person who tried to find a number that doesn't exist. One would think, based on the number of one star reviews on the website, that Comcast could figure out how many people truly hate them and do something about it- but no, they'd rather just take the money and screw the customer as usual.

They do not carry parts for their security systems and when a little plastic sensor breaks they do not have a warranty for THEIR broken equipment and charge 109.00 to replace a $5.00 sensor!

Same con game as before.
Its all about getting your money.
Budget plan has no. Hi def. Pay extra to get it. Basic internet is not fast. Of course faster internet cost more
Wish you luck with them. Praying before i went in the store did not help. God outside, satan inside.

Waited 20min to return a modem.everyone in there was doing the same. The customer care person was very polite and helpful but the transaction lasted 60sec. There has to be a better way to do this?

I have xfinity mobile from Comcast I have a customer service technical issue and I was told to go into the store to have my phone looked at. I arrived at this store only to be told they don't do anything with the phones they sell and that I need to contact customer service who as you recall I already contacted and told me to go to this store. The people were rude at had a Very care less attitude.
