Ever since Oil Can Henry's changed over to Valvoline, Xpresso Lube has been my place of choice for oil changes and such. I just had my oil changed today and also got my radiator fluid flushed and changed too. The guys there are super friendly and knowledgeable, and I was done in less than 20 minutes.

Great place. Trustworthy. We've been bringing our cars here since 2008. In the dozen years we've always felt they were fair and honest.

Wonderful customer service! Eric and Arianna, Jacob and Teddy were top notch and I will return again and again!

We have taken our vehicles to Xpresso Lube for many years. In addition to oil changes, they have checked and replaced brake fluid, transmission fluid, front and rear differential fluid, and air filters. They have also been helpful when a check engine light has come and indicated a sensor problem.

After an oil change, air filter, and brake fluid replacement today on our 20 year old F150 truck, I realized that several staff members have been there for years. They really are a neighborhood business.

I also check prices-I change my own air filter sometimes to save money-and can say that their prices seem reasonable to me given that they have the parts in stock and the price includes installation.

I highly recommend Xpresso Lube for any service they offer. I like to support a truly local business. Everyone there is polite and professional. Every recommendation is given in the context of the manufacturers recommended maintenance schedule. I trust their work on my vehicles.

Much like a previous reviewer, I've been coming here for several years but today when I went in for an oil change I encountered high-pressure up-sell tactics, followed by sullen treatment afterwards when I didn't go for any of them. I didn't appreciate either.

Additionally, I was told the last time the car was in for an oil change, they used a synthetic/regular oil blend (my wife brought the car in that time). I was very surprised by this; I'd always gotten synthetic here. Plus I've never heard of this blend concept. I asked him why that was done, since previously this shop makes the recommendations on what materials to use on the car (and always said it needed synthetic), and he replied with a "how should I know? " kind of response. Not professional.

Probably last time I go there.

I’ve been going here for years. They have ok prices, but one of the guys who gives you recommendations has become really high pressure - I believe his name is Kevin. He seemed upset when I didn’t buy into his up selling. The other guy, I believe his name is Ben, is much, much more nice. I'll be going back to Jiffy Lube because I don't want to have to deal with Kevin again. I don’t like these commission based high pressure oil changes. Just change my oil and be nice.

Xpresso Lube calms my worries about servicing the little things before they become big things. Friendly insistence I call it.no pressure. I like the attitude of service at a really good price.

Customer service is wonderful but the overall oil change service is not great and feels like a scam when you realize the offer does not apply to your car.

I've had great service at Xpresso Lube with standard oil changes, headlight bulb changes and minor work done. They show me the air filter when it needs changing to confirm it's dirty and also tell me when it's something to keep an eye on but doesn't need immediate attention - honest workmanship.

For the newer card requiring synthetic oils is the best value I could find short of doing it myself. They offer many additional services based on manufacturers recommend mileage or time intervals at a discounted price if you do it right then. They have saved time and money compared to where I used to go.

Twice in the last 2 weeks I've gone through the car wash here and both times I had to go around twice because the first pass through the water and soap didn't come on. Shame on me for going back again. The person working apologized (both times) but the owner needs to step up and fix the car wash or close it until its done.

Wow! Move on from this place. I called about service for my vehicle and got as response that was extremely rude. I am calling for business to pay THEM for service and I get an very rude attitude. Moving on and taking my business elsewhere

Nice job, caring attention to detail. But the like to s up-sell. If you do not know what that means. Look it up. Will be going nack.

Interestingly enough they have a great latte. The ambiance is industrial and like all oil change places they try to upsell you. But you get a free car wash.

My last review was three years ago when my 2006 Mazda5 was serviced here from 30k to 189k miles, I sold it with 234k miles. I am now driving 2009 Toyota Corolla and convinced periodic maintenance with Xpresso Lube will take her 250k miles. I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997 and haven't found a better place to have regular maintenance done.

Inexpensive, no upsell pressure, and a treat for my pup while we waited outside on the patio. 5 stars for sure.

Car wash employee has no patience. It was my first time car washing at this location. I did not know what to expect. I acted a little bit confused and slow to his instructions. The impatience in his tone is obvious. He might be doing the job for a long time so he takes things for granted. However, customers do not necessarily know how to proceed when trying a new location. Give some smile and understanding.

Xpresso Lube is more than oil change. They keep track of all regular maintenance that needs to be done on your car and they also make repairs on the spot. There is a comfortable waiting room with wifi. They are also on a frequent service bus line, so it's easy to leave your car for the day if there needs to be a repair. The mechanics are honest and patient and the prices are reasonable You can get a $20 oil change & service WITH free carwash.

First of all, we have had our 2 cars serviced there for over 10 yrs. Never had a problem. Great customer service and a nice car wash to boot. Now, I read some of the reviews and some sounded like payed ones from the competition. I know that mistakes can happen but some of these complaints were really over the top. And about pressuring for additional needed service. All you need to do is say no and then do some research later on. Anyhow, I will continue with these folks.

Always fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and don't push me to buy the extras I likely need but may not be prepared to purchase at the time.
