Very poor customer service. Be careful, I took my car in to get inspected and they made up alot of false things that needed fixed. I went somewhere else and they inspected my car no problem. Alberts said I needed 1500 dollars worth of work

They will scam you and over charge you in the service department. Go to get a wheel alignment and they will find something else wrong with you suspension to fix for $1000.00

Worst Customer experience the staff is disrespectful, racist and rude.and not at all satisfactory service. Please dont go to this service center. Worst experience.

Polite, efficient, clearly communicated what needed doing to my car. When I told them the car had a noise when you turn, they took me on the test drive with the mechanic to make sure they fully understood the problem - most places would take it out by themselves and then say they can't hear it.

Great service center. The staff is quick, reliable, and extremely trustworthy. They are always up front about what needs to be done for the car and don't try to oversell you on anything - they give honest advice about what is a "must fix" vs. "not absolutely necessary. " I always appreciate my interactions with the team at Albert's.

Very nice workers and staff. Great place to get car serviced and oil changed! Other places would not take my Audi, these guys did a great job. 5 Stars! Great last minute service.
