35Although the exam portion and pandemic protocols went well, customer service was less than stellar. Found a great pair of glasses, but not for the price I budgeted; worse still, must wait up to two weeks for pickup. My future eye health needs will be addressed elsewhere.
Absolutely worse place with the rudest most unhelpful staff. Big backwoods white trash energy surrounding them all. And the Dr couldn’t be bothered to even say hello. Everyone in this place is miserable and most likely has a miserable existence.
I just wanna say this establishment is ran phenomenally. They have strict protocols for COVID but are very nice and flexible about them. I was greeted instantly by two kind women behind the desk and they made it a priority to pull as many glasses I wanted to try without making me feel like a nuisance. Once I got to the back to my exam you can instantly tell all of their equipment is cleaned properly and also that the doctor is very educated in what he does. I am so glad that vision works Oxford valley screwed me over which lead me to schedule here for the first time and I am happy because I will now be going no where else but here! Thank you so much for the great experience!
Very rude and incompetent! Went there to pick up my new glasses, tried them on and I could see ANYTHING from one eye. I told them the glass were wrong and, after waiting for 30 minutes one lady came back stating there was a mistake on one lens and they had to send the glasses back to the lab.
I received an automated message 3 days later from the shop stating my glasses were ready for pick up. I go there, wait for my turn and after some time the state my glasses are still at the lab. I told them I got a message from them and did not even believe me. At some point a found the message in my phone and I played it to them. Of course they blamed the IT department.again, arrogant and incompetent people.
Have been renewing my glasses here for about the past 10 years. This year I walked out of your store twice, once on a Friday afternoon then on Monday morning. Your receptionists are rude and unprofessional when you are both crowded and empty. Will take my business where it is respectfully desired.
Really miserable people no experience bad attitude with the customer and so lazy workers plus they don’t have a good material. I don’t know how the still open!

Well I was planning on going to Americas Best in Levittown Pennsylvania however after reading all these negative reviews of recent experiences I will look elsewhere had it been just one negative review I would give them the benefit of the doubt however there is a bunch of them there’s too many other competitors in the area for me to take the chance on a place that several people have recently had bad experiences
Been going countless years we had 2 appointments this morning and were told we needed to fill the forms out online and had none for us to fill out there.oh well gross sales just dropped a thousand today over a piece of paper. Managment at its best. Never again
Called 3 time gave me the glasses in mail they dont fit r IU ght the same day nichole was rude first we will be open may 15 then june 1.the governor office said they are aloud to be one I will never go there again. Worst place I been to
My original comment seems to be gone but I had a horrible customer service experience which led to a receptionist following me outside. The first one I interacted with was clearly lazy and uninterested in answering any of my questions. There was a miscommunication in pricing and the first price they gave me was different than what I was charged at the end. She then tried to tell me to throw the contacts I came in with in the trash. They were both extremely rude and I will never go back.
Went in today to get an eye exam and new contact lenses. Nicole the GM of the store took such great care of me. Fixed my bent glasses and didn't try to take advantage of me with more expensive contact lenses. The staff was friendly and fast, and my experience here was a great improvement from the last time I was here 3 years ago. I would recommend coming in for glasses, lenses or just eye exams.
Costs more than you think to start off with. Said they called and left a message that my contacts were in when they obviously did not. Then I go to pick them up and I wait 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to help. Finally I ask the heavy set women if anyone is working at the front desk and she cops an attitude and rudy asks what I want. If I could give this place a zero star I would. Go anywhere else to save yourself the time, respect and money.
Horrible customer service, slow and not friendly at all. I’ll rstgee drive the extra 5 miles to a different location. Last time coming here.
Absolute LIE! About the staff being good, it's a farce.and it starts with the office manager. There are MUCH better choices than this site.
I came in very excited to be able to wear my contacts again after a couple of months. I also purchased glasses as back up and the technician Katie was very nice to me. However when it came time to try my trials and make sure the contacts were good, they were not. States my prescription didn’t change but have blurry vision in right eye and couldn’t wear them and was painful. So I asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to purchase the contacts when I can’t see and I wanted to ask the doctor and because apparently it’s friday he left. I’m very disappointed leaving the store. I feel as a patient I should have been followed through with treatment and he should have stayed in case there was a problem. Now I have to come back tomorrow which normally wouldn’t be a inconvenience but I work two jobs and am also a single parent and I had difficulties just making the appointment.
I want to dedicate my review to the staff member Tiffany who worked today 2/19/18. It was a bit chaotic and busy today, but she didnt lose her composure once.she kept a smile and kept the customers moving.she was helping walk ins and answering phones all at one time. Some of the other staffs customer service was not as on point! Retail can be very busy and hectic, it takes specific people to be able to handle it and with good customer service the whole time!

Was in the fairless hills store couple days ago and was looking to purchase a pair of glasses, and also see if i can transfer my prescription from my frame to a new one. I had to ask for a manager because i felt as i was getting a run around. The lady (i believe name is nicole) said she was general manager and would help me was very rude and unprofessional she had on what seem to be house slippers and the smell of urine also notice like she had no teeth whiched freaked me out will never do business in that store again
My experience at America’s Best with the ladies was very great. Nicole, Heidi Katie were very polite n helpful with helping me pick out my glasses
Not a place definitely for vision test. They have very basic and old equipment. May be a place for glasses and contacts but not for vision check.
