Rude staff. The optometrist who measured me took 30 seconds and did not care to be there nor to answer my questions. Was forced to pay $80 copay after not being informed if I had waited a week then my insurance would have covered the cost. And the reviews about staff rolling their eyes? Spot on. Save your money and time and go to non-chain/franchise optometry center.

Took my son to get an eye exam and the staff (short blonde hair) just told him to read the chart as she just sat there. I had to go up to the chart to point at the letters to give directions (he’s 6 years old) so he can know what to read. As I’m pointing at letters, she told me I was messing him up because I was going down the chart instead of going up as if I worked there. I felt like I was a staff & should’ve got paid since she didn’t want to help him with anything.

Never going here again! The staff was incredibly rude, they never measured my pupil distance for my glasses and when i went back to tell them the older blonde woman rolled her eyes and did not believe me. They kept telling me they had it and i asked her to measure and she held the ruler up for a second and did not even check. I did not have an eye exam there just my prescription that did not include my PD. Then the next week i went to return both pairs and was sitting waiting for 45 to talk to someone when it was not even busy. This place is a joke and very unprofessional. I dont understand why everyone there is so rude and constantly need to roll their eyes at you.

Absolutely will never use again. Service was terrible. Never received a call to inform my glasses were ready, was told to call back to find out my prescription was lost, had to wait another 2 weeks. Glasses itself are poor, first pair broke within weeks, dropped off for repair, once again, no call to inform they are ready, I had to call to find out, they been ready and no one called me. Second pair is now on last leg and it hasn't been a full 6 months since getting the 2 pairs. Awful service and quality of glasses.

He made me feel completely comfortabl during my visit. Nicole helped me with my glasses and I got 2 great pair. She spent a lot of time helping me, she never made me feel like I had to hurry so she can get to the next customer. I definitely recommend going here. The prices are great along with the people and that's a rare combination these days. Thank You

America’s Best is the best! I was complaining of an eye pain one day. Even though I don’t wear glasses or contacts, my mom thought I could see the eye doctor. They were able to see me that same day. I saw the doctor and everything was fine. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and I will be returning to America’s Best for me along with my family’s future eye needs.

The staff was so friendly. This was my first time ever at an Americas Best! I needed glasses and contacts and from start the whole process was seamless. When I checked in the ladies at the desk were warm and friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The wait for the Dr.wasn't long either. And when it came to picking out glasses Jen was great! Go in and ask for her! I'll will be returning and making that my permanent eye glass location!

It was my first time going to the store and everyone was really nice to me except for this girl name Jennifer who took care of my transaction at the end. I initially went to the store for the ad for free eye exam if you buy 2 pairs of glasses. I also saw an ad while I was in the store- you can mix it up with one of the sunglasses. So I asked Jennifer about the ad and she huffed and puffed really loud and rolled her eyes at me. Then she snatched the sunglasses out of my hand and put the sunglasses back in the rack. I wanted to purchase the sunglasses on top of the 2 pairs that I was buying however Jennifer treated me like I was a nobody. I also felt discriminated because she made me feel that I was not understanding what she was saying. First of all- she never answered ANY of my questions and at the end when I paid for my glasses she just gave me a piece of paper for me to rush to sign so she could go right back to having a conversation with her co- worker about having lunch. Not even have a nice day or any farewells while I was leaving the store- I am very offended. I did not get any of my answers and I felt very disrespected by Jennifer. NEVER go to JENNIFER. However other staff and the doctor who helped me was very nice.

Wonderful customer service experience. Tiffany took ownership of my issue and went above and beyond what was expected to resolve the issue.

I have been a customer of this location for probably a dozen years and it is service such as what I enjoyed​ is why I will continue to give them my business.

America's Best in Fairless Hills is close to my job, so I decided to go there after work one day. When I walked in, everything was normal. As soon as I stepped away, the girls behind the counter became extremely unprofessional. Not one person helped me when I had to pick a frame, they were talking about personal things, and belching like they were at a burping contest. Will not be going back!

I came in with a bad attitude and left with a smile. The service here was remarkably fast and the staff was so warm and friendly. I had an amazing time here.

I had an amazing experience at America's Best in Fairless Hills. They were very helpful with picking out glasses and contacts. I had an awesome representative assist me with all the jargon that I did not understand. I felt very comfortable and confident in their knowledge and ability to help. I wI'll definitely go back to this place to get my glasses or contacts. Ask for Jen! She will definitely hook you up!

I had the pleasure today of stopping by and getting an eye exam done. The doctor was very nice and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I found the prices to be very reasonable. I was in and out fairly quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. I am still in denial about wearing glasses but the doctor recommended that it would help me and besides my wife wouldn't of stopped nagging me if I didn't go.

I tried to get my PD over the phone, and I understand HIPAA violations, but the lady that picked up the phone seemed in a rush and was rude to me. I am an out of state patient, and the way she spoke to me made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be going to this American Best anymore when I am in the state, or even when I move.
