Americold Logistics, Wescosville PA

This place is awesome! I was able to get loaded a day early. My appointment was scheduled for the day I showed up but in their system it showed for the next day. They were going to put me in the overflow parking lot and then they called me with a dock door so big thumbs up to this place. Spent about 2 1/2 hrs here and on my way I went. Be patient with them inside. It gets busy with people checking in and out all at the same time. Drive safe drivers!

Got here 10: 49am, Put in at 13: 05pm to 14: 57pm just tell load been canceled because no product. Get this got another in place of one cancelled. Checked back in 15: 57pm and been waiting ever since. Be prepared to sit.

Great place! Showed up an hour before my appointment time and was put in a door right away and unloaded within 30 minutes! The staff is very friendly! I will definitely come back again to this facility!

I been to this company they basically robbing
Transportation companies on the name of late fee.

Which is about 405.00 usd dollar. They charge this money to offload the truck as quickly as possible.

They going. Well i showed up 8pm they refusé to offload my truck and said come back in the morning more interesting U cant park truck for the night over there they tell u leave. Well i left come back in the morning 8am tell me late fee charge. I have to pay
405 usd i call my company they paid. And after didnt
Offload for the whole day that day was hell for me.
As a driver not gud expérience plz would. Advice drivers If they do not have there booking confirmation number plz avoid going there.

The young girl with the glasses in the the right window is lazy if she’s not playing with her phone she’s playing with her hair.the blonde lady on the left helps everyone out. It seems like that lazy girl don’t want to help truck drivers.

Its okay, dont come early they are by appointment, however they did take me 2 hours early. They also take you late as well. 24 hour facility.

Terrible service. Long wait to check in and out. They have a small staging area, but they won't let you in more than an hour before your appointment time. Also they will kick you out after loading, they don't know or care about HOS regulations.

If you're late, 114.00 no way around it.if you come in the drivers door and the line is long, punch a time. It will save you 114.00. An hour early is good to be able to get in door loaded within 45mins then the wait for ppwk begins.you stand in line longer than you get loaded.

Slow sh*thole charge $ 114 for being 34 minutes late. After you pay them wait when they will start offload you, I'm here 6 hours still nothing

AVOID this shipper. I was overwheited here and spent 8 hours.
Do not take the good price. This is a trap.

Appt 2100-in 18: 30 out w/ppwk 1940. These folks are outstanding. Well-oiled machine from gate to office to dock.

Avoid at all cost no overnight parking. Had to park in staging area trying to complete my 10 hour break they woke me up twice and was told to leave. So i parked outside on street tired and waiting to get my hours back

Horrible, I paid late fee $114, and waiting all day, great! Drivers avoid this place. I came at 9am now 21: 34! This is crazy! 12 hours to get loaded! I'm still here.next time they need to pay $10 per mile if they need my transportation.

Actually fairly good for a freezer.can be some delays but usually they're not too bad. Nobody got their hand out that's a real bus

Lazy, rude dirty filthy restroom and take 7-10 hours to load and unload. Nobody should ever come here. Horrible place to deliver or pickup

11/19 12pm appointment checked 10am 1135am out. But i do see others sitting at dock still not sure why but my product they loaded fast before my appointment WHICH i was not expected from them but great job for me so earn 5 stars from me. Keep it up AMC ALLENTOWN PA

Have no complaints about this americold. Customer service was great was able to get unloaded 12 hrs early which is surprising! No parking once unloaded, and bathrooms were out of service.

Place is terrible! They wont take in before appointment time and they treat driver's very bad! Reject any load to this place! No good!

Both restrooms were out of paper and the entire facility was dirty. The two older women in charge of checking in trucks were very polite and professional, but the young girl was on her cell phone and ignoring people. I showed up an hour before my appointment and left an hour later. I didn't get nagged to about idling either. Best americold I've been to so far.
