Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.office staff are nice and polite but facility is slow and when busy an absolute mess/tangle of trucks.got burned with late load caused by their decision to "add on" a load to an already loaded on-time trlr.add-on scheduled for two days later.had to sit on that load and lost thousands in revenue as a result.fighting for layover and detention now.

Was delivering and pickin' up here many times since 2009.
Nothing bad with this location of Americold. I saw much worst Americold storages.
If on-time delivery made, there should not be any problems!

My last delivery was knowingly late even prior to pick up at shipper!
So broker paid $115 late fee and no problems.

Arrived 24 hours early hoping to spend the night or drop a trailer to head to walmart. GPS took me in the backway, guard said he could call the cops on me because legally I shouldn't even be on the property (well why not have a shack on both sides, or close the gates on back entrance).

he told me no parking overnight and then yelled at me for being on wrong side of guard shack, well why have the stop sign on the left side and not center or a one sided one on each side?

This place is old and ratty. Probably rat infested as well. Who knows? There is no overnight parking and it's hit or miss.
