Anchor Realty, NE, Philadelphia PA

It's really less then 1 star. Anchor realty NE is the worst realty company I had ever dealt with they don't fix nothing but they want there money and they are rude to people. They really suck. I would never recommend them to anyone not even my enemy

My experience with Anchor has been great because of one person in particular - Bryan. Not only does he respond to my emails in a timely manner, but he is always pleasure to speak with on the phone. If you're going to work with Anchor, I recommend working with Bryan directly. Two thumbs up, Bryan! Thanks for everything!

Anchor is truly a great property management company. Not only do they handle the usual tasks of a manager, but they are also the only ones who have solved whatever problems I’ve had with the City at no additional charge

Management doesn't want to do anything besides collect money does not do repairs of properties.

Anchor Realty NE has been our management company for about 5 years now and they always go above and beyond. They are readily accessible and are always available at all hours to help resolve any issues. Anchor has an amazing team that always has our best interest at heart as the landlords. We extremely satisfied with their services and professionalism. We would highly recommend them.

This company is great. They really offer the latest in technology to their owners and tenants. As an owner, I get my money directly deposited in my account and I can see my reports online. My tenants pay by ach so that I don't have to worry about lost payments. Anchor also handles almost any problem I have as an owner of properties in the City. They really do an amazing job

These people suck big time! Perfect place if you want to be taken for a fool in a property full of violations.

Very hard to get through on the phone. There only priority is to the owners and not the tenants.

I have been calling one of the reps for a rental they have on line for weeks and she never answers her phone the agents that work in the office are very unprofessional and helpless when it comes to resolving issues you can't speak to anyone there and a supervisor is never available I would never try to rent from them again

Where do I begin. Bryan M.has been amazing since the first day that I was in Contact with him. My experience has been great. I email him with questions and he responds in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my experience and will recommened anchor realty to anyone.thanks for all your help Bryan M.and the staff at the front desk very pleasant.
