Apple Park City

I confess that I'm not an Apple Person, but I took my student couple to the Apple Store to resolve some issues with their newly bought laptop. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We left the Store with everything taken care. Very positive experience.

Manager lady at this place is JUNKY. Not they do not honor apple care. Btch wanna get back to me you have my #.

What an awful place. I wouldn't go back in there if I were on fire and I needed a phone to call someone to put me out out. Just a bunch of pretentious hipsters spitting no more information than what they could gather from their Borg like shared brain. With the same jolt as lightening strike I am reminded why I personally do not use Apple products.

Had an issue with customer service at this particular Apple Store and got a personal phone call from the manager. He listened, asked a few clarifying questions and apologized for not hitting the mark. I don't know that there are many stores that will go the extra mile this way in seeking to do better. Kudos to you!

Great Staff! Great products! You can try out anything you want! All of the workers are very knowledgeable on the products. Love their customer service!

Did not have a great customer service experience here. In my opinion They were acting a little wired and just bounced me around from one person to another untill I decided to leave and just talk to some one on apple support. They solved my problem immediately so my suggestion would be to call support first then going there looking fot answers.

Service was great unless you needed help with a device. Wait time was ridiculous. Even after I was notified still had to wait another 20 mins.

Terrible. I hate Apple stores and the rude employees. Trying to help my daughter fix her phone. Make sure you follow all their rules or you won't be helped.

I had a virus on my computer.i called in and Michael helped me out above and beyond.i was so pleased with my experience.thank you michael for helping me with my virus and giving me other security tips as well

I made an appointment to change my iPhone 6 battery and it was one month ahead of time because they were booked when I got there they said they’re out of stock on batteries they said you need another month for them to have the batteries.
