Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Beaver Falls PA

We had a party of 7 and every item that we ordered came back cold and the waitress kept bypassing our table. We had to wait 15 minutes to get refills our drinks. I understand that they were alittle short staffed but their still is no excuse. She was so slow that several tables got up and walked out. It will be a long time before we go back to Applebee's again.

Great food and great service at least 80% of the time. And if you are like me all my tips are based on service alone.

Ordered a steak salad. There was like nothing on it. I was in shock, was upset. First we had to stand and wait for a seT why the guy went around and wiped tables off, not just 1, but a few. Then the sweeper. The salad took 30 minutes to get. Ive never experienced that kind of stuff at Applebee's.

Their new wing flavor parmesan garlic is awesome. My mom loves their baby back ribs & mashed potatoes. Good eats!

It's Applebee's. Chain restaurant with decent food. When you're feeding 3 picky kids, it's good to know Applebee's will have something for all of them.

Theres only a few things on their menu that I love.one is the brisket taco and the other is their ribs. A bit on the pricey side but I'd rather go here then a lot of other places if I were to go out to eat.

I had a Asian chicken salad. I've had this before at other Applebee's and they were good. This one had way too much cabbage in it. It would have been easier to eat with a spoon. There was very little lettuce and not much dressing.

Have a awesome, friendly, server. Named Nina S. At the chippewa towne center drive, beaver falls pa.food was excellent. Will be back.

Nina s was an awsome server / waitress, best waitressing i have seen at an applebees in a long time. I will revisit the chippewa location again. 5 STARS FOR NINA S.this waitress is an awsome person with good personallity and respect.

I hate the idea that they changed there menu again. I ordered a raspberry ice tea that had no flavor so I asked for another shot of flavoring and it tasted better. The Caesar salad was good, but the appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip, the chips were way to salty. The cheese burger was good. The cashier Amanda was very nice. And did a good job. I just wish I had eaten somewhere else

People came in after us and got seated before us. Then our meals we waited 45 minutes for. The people who were seated before us were leaving when we received our meal.

Good food excellent service. The all you can eat shrimp or riblets or chicken tenders or and any of the three was excellent. The fries are also great.

We were there for a late night dinner. My double crunch shrimp had no taste. However, out waitperson Twylia was excellent. I'd give her a raise.

Hostess completely ignored us when we walked in the door, grabbed her box of cigarettes, and had two tampons hanging very obviously out of her pocket and then walked away, as we stood there waiting to be seated

The staff that waited on us were very nice and friendly. However the food was not so good. My frys wete cooled and I had just finished telling tbe waitress when the fresh frys arrived and was as cooled as the first. I never did get hot frys.

My birthday celebation! Great waitress! Free dessert awesome. One of my favorite places to eat.

Horrible service, slow and poor work ethics! Manager didn't even care to come say anything after they couldn't bring my appetizers before my meal so I cancelled it! Did I mention there were only 8 people in the restaurant!

Just a perfect example of today's work ethic! Two thumbs down

Had a fantastic curbside to-go lunch experience by Kim! She was very friendly and had my order ready as soon as I arrived. Food was great as well and lunch combo was a good deal. Highly recommend their curbside to-go service, especially at lunch if you're in a crunch for time. Thanks again Kim!

I have never been disappointed with them. Everything I've had there has been excellent. Nice atmosphere too. Servers are great.

Ordered carry out. Said it would be ready at one time so I hurried over and wanted having to wait for 20 extra minutes. Steak was very tough, Ribs were delicious, Oreo dessert was amazing! Customer service while I waited not bad but not very apologetic
