Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Beaver Falls PA

Seated quickly, especially for a Sunday afternoon and was able to get a booth which wasn't available when we walked in. Great service. Our daughter had quite rapidly purchased the games on the device for the table, which she normally doesn't play on. Amazing how easy it is to do without being able to read. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great, cleanliness was great. Would recommend to a not too fancy sit-down meal with visiting family.

I've been an Applebees patron for about a decade but in the last few years it seems like the food quality is declining. This doesn't seem to be specific to any one location just an across the board loss of quality. It is disappointing especially with their prices. It's just okay these days.

Met with another couple for business reasons, and as always the setting served our purpose well.

Love the food, different menu items everytime we visit. The wait staff was not as attentive as they usually are this last time, maybe a fluke but still it detracted from our experience.

I keep seeing commercials for the "curbside service". I tried it once when I was extremely ill. Ordered. Arrived at my appointed time in my pajamas (because I was sick and that was the whole reason for using curbside). Waited with my lights on. I was the only car in that designated area. My food never came out. I called them and was put on hold.eventually I was told that I'd have to come inside. They already had my payment information so what could I do? Ask for a manager and throw a hissy fit? Leave and then hope I could get the charge reversed? I went in. They were very slow. Staff standing around chatting while I stood at the bar in my sick clothes and waited 8 minutes. No apology. No explanation. Just "here you go".

2 stars because the mediocre food was edible. Would you go back? If the food was amazing then maybe.but it isn't.

Curbside service fail.

BEST waitress, Emily, knows the menu inside & out. Fast, friendly & efficient. Food was awesome & reasonably priced. We opted for the 2 for $25 which included salad or appetizer & higher end entree. Steak & 2 sides and Cajun chicken, blackened shrimp & crispy red potatoes over mushrooms & grilled onions on a sizzeling platter.yummy! Can't wait to go back &we'll be sure to ask for Emily to serve us!

The quality and portion sizes of the food has consistently gone down hill. The service was friendly, but mediocre. I won't dine at Applebee's again. I will refer to them from this point forward as Crapplebee's!
