American Restaurant Arby's reviews
26I’ve gone multiple times about an hour before closing and they refuse to answer the drive thru speaker. I see yinz in there, if you wanna go home at least say we’re closed.
Great sandwiches, LOVE horseradish sauce. Just recently tried the brisket, "very tasty" I work in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh an Arby's is everywhere!
Went inside, the place was clean and the service was fast and friendly. I enjoyed my food and overall, that's all you can really ask.
IM GIVING ARBEY ON BAUM BLVD 4 STARS, BECAUSE THE COUNTER PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. MY HUSBAND FROM WHAT I COULD SEE, SELECTED THE COMPLETED SANDWICH. INWHICH BOTH WHERE THERE BRISKET/MAC&CHEESE/COLESLAW SANDWICH ON A CORN MUFFIN BUN. THE SANDWICH WAS DELICIOUS, MINUES THE DRYED UP BRISKET EDGES THAT I REMOVED FROM MY SLICES OF BRISKET. FRIES WHERE PERFECTLY COOKED. AND OUR FAVORITE DESERT OF A GIANT CARMEL CHOCALATE CHIP COOKIE WAS JUST THE WAY WE LIKE IT WARM. I WILL VISIT THIS ARBYS AGAIN VS THE ONE IN DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH. INWHICH I GET MOST OF MY FOOD TO GO, FROM THAT STORE BECAUSE THE TRAFFIC OUTSIDE AND SOMETIMES INSIDE THE STORE IS SOME WHAT DISCOURAGING. BAUM BLVD ARBYS IS MOSTLY QUITE AND CLEAN AND YOU CAN EAT IN PEACE. BOTH ARBYS HAVE A PRETTY GOOD STAFF'S AND THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY, TO TRY AND ACCOMMODATE YOU. THE DOWNTOWN ARBYS ALWAYS HAS LINES OUT THE DOOR. MY DOWN SIDE ON ARBYS IS THEY NEED TO MAKE THEIR SANDWICHES JUST LIKE THEIR COMMERCIALS. I CAN COUNT ON ONE HAND HOW MANY TIMES I ACTUALLY GOT A SANDWICH THAT I HAD TO ACTUALLY USE BOTH HANDS TO EAT IT. THAT'S WHY THEIR ONLY GETTING 4 STARS! BECAUSE WHEN THEY SAY "WE HAVE THE MEAT! " IN MY OPINION THAT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH PRODUCT IS ON THE GRILL OR IN THE MICROWAVE ARE IN THE FRIER. PLUS IT DEPENDS ON WHO'S MAKING THE SANDWICHES AND WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE, THAT THE INDIVIDUAL BROUGHT TO WORK WITH THEM. THAT RIGHT THERE WILL DETERMINE WEATHER OR NOT YOU "GET THE MEAT"!
Roast beef, or bacon on sandwich was apparently spoiled and made me sick. The sandwich tasted off but I ate half of it. First bad experience there I stop at least once a month.
Very nice employees. The dining room was not crowded and we were taken care of quickly and the employees were very polite.
Food was fixed really fast and you could notice this while eating because my wrap was not properly wrapped. Then I went again and the same thing happened. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was so sloppy out together. It was a mess to eat.
Nothing special just grabbing a quick lunch, not impress by there sandwiches but love the curly fries.
I went through the drive thru and they forgot to give me half my food. And even though I paid with a card tjey wouldn't refund it over the phone. Never coming here agaib
Arby's really kicked it up a notch.really, SEVERAL NOTCHES; beautiful space, very customer oriented staff, AND the food is so much better. Nice monthly specials.
Best Arby's for accuracy, execution, quality, and service I hope they can keep it up, its been a good run. I cant believe they are staying open til 4am thurs thru sat?
Sandwiches were lukewarm, part of my order was missing and the worker at the drive thru was on their cellphone. Not the Arby's I'm used to.
Arbys food is the same at every location. I like their food. But the Baum Blvd location is hit or miss depending on who is on staff. Sometimes it's good and sometimes its horrible
The cashier Deb is impudent and obnoxious.zero line or waiting and she asks my name and I tell her ". How about your name Deb". She tells me smuggly if I use her name I have to buy her something. NOT.go to pick up my order mentally vacant girl slides my food to me.with attitude.pathetic.no thank you smile or please come back.in the corner by the side door there used to be a very quaint 2 top table where my friend and I enjoyed sitting.it disappeared. I inquired as to why it was removed.because the employees would sit there and disrupt the working employees. I said.how difficult would it be to make that area off limits to ALL employees.well.the "powers to be said just remove it". Pathetic! I was in the food and beverage industry a long Damn time.you don't solve a customer issue by punishing them.put the Damn 2 top back.inform ALL employees that that area is OFF LIMITS.put these ungrateful millenials in a training program that makes them realize their paycheck is contingent on repeat business. I have zero tolerance for persons with POOR attitudes.poor hygiene (as one male cashier. I swear he doesn't own a toothbrush). Out of uniform.disgusting.most.seldom wear a name tag and yet seem to think they are entitled to treat their guests as if they are doing them a favor.your store went to hell fast after opening.menu changed.prices sky rocketed.and personnel for the most part have no self-esteem or positive attitude much less customer relations training.traffic pattern in the lot.unreal.too many illiterates going the wrong direction on the Baum "entrance only" side.trying to exit.total goat rope.you have a lot of work to do.use your cameras for something other than a scare tactic.monitor your employees.some are conscientious.many are self-serving arrogant losers that need a lesson in courtesy and customer service. I will be dialing your 800 #.
Good food, clean, and pretty fast through the drive through. The guy at the window communicsted well.
When they first opened it was great! I live close so it was convenient. Now the girl who works at the window is so rude. I try to be polite “yes please” “may I” but even when I am super polite it’s still the same. They need to hire better people. One time I asked her for a little more ketchup and she stared at me rudely grabbed ketchup and slammed it in my hand. This issue was never addressed because wen I call they never give me an answer as to when the GM is there.
Stopped in to use an Arby's coupon from their app or text message. Well executed, order was ready before I got to the end of the counter! Ring the bell!
There was hair in my food. The sandwich was meat deficient. (The on duty manager didn't care) I use to luv this place. Now not so much.
Seems like a nice fast food place but they need to keep up with it better. Wiping down the drink and condiments station once an hour would go a long way.
This Arby’s has the best Dr. Pepper in the tristate area. I didn’t even know what Dr. Pepper tasted like until i took one sip of that magic juice tonight after i got my order. Whoever’s workin the soda machines deserves a raise. Keep doin what you’re doin Arby’s
