American Restaurant Arby's reviews
26 For a fast food joint, it certainly has decent service and wait times. The parking lot is perhaps one of the stranger arrangements I've seen but not a big deal. And you know, it's an Arby's. You know what you are getting. I do love the higher quality meat options and the buffalo chicken.
Kudos to their social media guy that does all the cool pop culture posts though.
The girls that work the drive-thru are very impatient and rude 95% of the time. The food is always good, but there's always something missing from our order, and 1 or 2 family members aren't happy that part of there meal is missing.
Staff is friendly and fast, atmosphere is clean and updated. The only apsect that should have recieved more though in the planning process is the parking lot. Still on the inside, it's a great representation of this fast food chain.
Food is good here.
They've got the meat!
What they don't have is a logically laid out, easily navigable, parking lot!
That gets a 5 for effort, but 1's on everything else, equaling out to 2.
Food get a 5 though!
Grade= 3.5 or 3 stars.
This location used to be great when it first opened. The past couple times I went there, my experience has been horrible. New employees seem to have been hired that are completely rude and incompetent. Orders are always wrong, I always get charged more than I should have, and the service is served with anything but a smile. In fact, all you get are dirty looks, attitude, and smart ass remarks
The food was good, warm and even though we are speaking about a minimum wage job, there was great attention to detail and the young manager who was about 19 or 20 he did a great job as did the crew he managed. The place was clean and the server who waited on us also went around keeping the floors, counters and all things clean. The bathrooms were also clean as well as being well stocked. One more unique thing. They had a television! The place is unlike any other Arby's I have been to and it kind of reminds you of an oldstyle pub but 100% brand new. In closing you really need to experience this place! Albert
