37I got a car from Roberto Adragna. He was professional sales consultant. He answered all my questions that I have on 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. I will be back for another car for lease.
The general manager at this location is Horrible Do Not Buy or Lease Your Vehicle from this location. I have a credit score of 823 and he refused to sell my husband and I a vehicle. He gave us a interest rate of 4.99 without even seeing my credit which means he already had his mind set that he was going to charge me way over the amount I for a vehicle. He made up fees ex. Tire fee, online fee etc I cannot remember all of them and I had a vehicle to trade he gave me 1800 without seeing the actual value of my vehicle. Once I calculated the price myself it went from $605 to $465 or $456 a month. I did the calculations and once you broke the price down into 72mths my monthly payment would have been $391a mth. He said I would never get it for that price and I heard him say it’s no way a dealer was going to buyout her car which was also inaccurate, the other dealership didn’t have the color I wanted and because I was referred to this location I figure why not give it a shot Absolutely Never Again will I get a car where a Chinese manager is in charge. He was very unprofessional and Other then his staff He’s the Worst. Don’t Buy from this Location and check your credit report to make sure he didn’t try Any Slick Mess by running your credit.
I got my car serviced there today and I had such a great experience. When I scheduled online it offered a rental car instead of waiting but I chose to wait because of the local spots near by like Whole Foods, Starbucks etc. I walked down the street for a coffee and sat in the outdoor seats so very convenient. There was an option to be driven home too!
Everyone in the facility was SO kind. I mean literally everyone. ALL of the employees wandering around said hello and asked how I was.
The service advisor who helped me was Samantha and she was SO sweet and helpful. She also included coupons that they have to ensure I get a good deal. I definitely will be back to this location and highly recommend you go here.
I had a great experience getting my car fixed despite having to wait a few weeks for it. Joe in the service department was great. He communicated everything with me and kept me filled in and was easy to reach. Thank you!

Today is a good day I was not planning on leasing a new car today but my new best friend Robert Adragna made it fun and informative I feel like I want everyone to come to piazza Nissan so that you can realize getting that car you want is very possible the staff there is awesome and I do mean all the employees thank you Stay safe
Bad experience at this place salesman knew I was driving 1 hour and 20 minutes and didn't give me the updated miles on car the car was never cleaned to make it look like what they advertised 2200 mile but in new condition it was very dirty looking things over under hood the radiator over flow was empty the mechanic said must have came from factory that way but shouldn't they have checked this before trying to sell another thing they advertised was on it didn't work correctly so they said they are going to remove it. And the extra miles was because manager was driving it to put miles on it so the price they could sell it for matched the miles. Made offer for it and they wanted $200 then the e price it became very clear the manager wanted to drive the vehicle more than sell it they should told the car is not for sale till manager is done joy riding it. Most unprofessional place I have been too.
I had a good experience at Piazza Nissan. Roberto was very knowledgeable and did not hassle me like a typical “car salesman”. He made the process very easy for me.

I tried to set up oil change appointment but the receptionist was extremely rude when I was trying to change times to work around my schedule. I will not come to this Nissan dealer.

Got my tires changed last week and was very happy with the service I received. Dan did a great job and was very friendly. He was patient with me helping to answer any questions I had. Will be back.
Be careful at this dealership. The parking lot is dangerous for both you and your car. There is a brick “wall” in the parking lot that is in a terrible location and is improperly maintained. The brick broke when I stepped on it and fell on me. Two weeks later and I’m still healing from the cuts and scrapes.
The experience w/Nissan Ardmore, they try to over price things and my mom has a car from them, but myself it was horrible. Twice
Customer service is always the best here. I changed over from another nissan dealer and it was night and day from how they treat their customers. Glad I chose here.
It's nothing like it used to be. We had one or two people that should be there. You should start looking for new recruits.
I purchased a vehicle 7/10/18 and it was too late to have it detailed. So, I made an appointment for 9: 00 A. M.on 7/14/18 to have it detailed. Just called around 2: 00 to find out when it will be finished. I was told between 4 & 5! Why have a vehicle sit all day if you're not going to touch it until the end of the day. My appointment should have been later and not 9: 00 A. M.
Yesterday was my first time dealing with Ardmore Nissan. I came into the dealership for servicing and inspection on my 2013 Nissan Sentra. My thought on the dealership that the staff seemed nice, friendly, and respectful. I use to take my car to O'Neil Nissan in Warminster PA but my last encounter with them left me with bad feelings after a express servicing representative treated me very nasty and rude and in so many words he called me stupid. So I made the switch to Ardmore Nissan and my service only took about a hour and half for my car to get servicing for an oil change and yearly inspection for stickers. I also got a chance to sit in the 2018 Nissan Murano which was on the show room floor this will be my next purchase because I am about to finish school and will be needing an sport utility vehicle for work matters and the Murano has me written all over it.
