Love the fact that you don't necessarily need an appointment for service, although it is advised. The wait is never long either!

I came here to buy a car and trade in my old car I ended up getting a decent deal on 2017 Altima. I will definitely do business with these guys on the new 2019 Altima when it come out.

Would give no stars if possible. Honestly the service is very fustrating and extremely hard to get something done. I am happy that I am not the only one feeling the this way with the staff. Car has been sitting on the lot for half a month and still not completely fixed yet.

Terrible service and staff. No help. Extremely slow. Fed up with Nissan! 4 hours to change a tire! Unbelievable. Doesn’t even deserve a star!

The customer service is horrible on the service side as well as the management. After my encounter I will never bring my car back to this location and I’m honestly considering my options to get out of this Nissan all together!

Really don't have nothing positive to say about Ardmore Nissan either they're mechanics just don't know what they're doing or they're purposely f****** s*** up to where you have to come back for the same repairs more than once

Anthony was great in getting us into a new Altima. Since we are out of the area everything was ready to go when we arrived. He went above and beyond explaining all the features in / with the car. Will definitely be purchasing again from Anthony and Ardmore Nissan.

Bunch of rude people hustling to sell cars to customers. Special thanks to Mr Mike Iacomi for being a half sleeping sales person to ruin my experience. Thanks to there title clerk for doing mistakes on my title application multiple times which delayed the process to freaking 3.5 months. All in all bunch of hustlers trying to get there cars out.

Came here because of a great deal listed on their website. Drove over an hour to find out that it was a mess up on their website. Wonder why I am giving five stars right now? Bruce and Chris were very apologetic and were able to find what I was looking for and honor a great deal due to our troubles of driving all that way. Bruce is very sweet and attentive. It is nice to watch him checking on all of his employees and customers to make sure everyone is ok. Not something you see at a dealership often at all. Purchased a Nissan Rouge SV and am absolutley in love. This vehicle is awesome in all aspects. My research apid off on this one. The worst experience I ever had at a car showroom. The woman who was showing vehicles was very intimidating and you don't have a seat to rest in the showroom.
