Restaurant Arooga's reviews
26The wings were phenomenal. My daughter said the hamburger was the best that she's ever tasted. That says a lot being that we've lived in Ohio, Florida and now in Pennsylvania. Our waitress was excellent. We'll definitely make this out go to wing joint!
Service excellent, atmosphere good, food on the other hand. Meh.appetizer was good, wings were good, ribs were mush. The ribs were cooked well to fall off the bone.just not sure what happend to them. One end was ok the other was like pudding.
Nice sports bar. Everyone loved their burgers.they are known for their wings and variety of wing sauces and for the non meat eaters the plant based 'chicken' wings are fantastic! Only place in this area i have found them. They have a lot of plant based options. Our server Christina was wonderful. Did not love the cajun shrimp tacos, maybe just me but their other food is better so just stay away from them. Shout out to them for trying be planet frindly in general.
We went for lunch and had the wings special. The food was awesome. Our waitress was wonderful pleasant and fun. We were greeted at the door with the manager he also was fun, very friendly atmosphere. Food was as always never disappointing.
We got there early before the lunch crowd came in so we didnt have to wait long for service. I would recommend this place to sit relax and enjoy your meal.
Plant based heaven! Plant based wings, burgers, chili! And their regular menu is HUGE. I love the faux wings with the buffalo ranch sauce and my husband liked the crab pretzel (and we are from Baltimore, so he doesn't like crab from anywhere else) but they actually used old bay here. Also, GET THE SWEET POTATO FRIES! Daughter got the mac and cheese and apple slices (she was excited for the way they plated the apples). My in laws got the fish and chips and the rib basket. Both loved them and had leftovers bc portions were so big! Would definately recommend this place for families as well (we werent sure initially if it was just a bar). They have about 5000 TVs in there for sporting events and some booths even have individual tvs!
