We were treated pretty nicely since the moment we set foot in the store and were given a lot of attention from our sales rep Grant. We were helped through our decision making process and got what we thought was best so all in all this was a decent experience. Can't really complain.

Our sales associate, Grant, was amazing! He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture we asked about. The financing was super easy. I will definitely recommend this store to others.

I called Friday and spoke with Mercedes. Visited store on Saturday and asked for Mercedes, she was great! Let me walk around on my own (which I loved) and checked in with me several times during my decision making process! Once I made my decision she was quick to get my order done and great with explaining everything. I don’t love furniture shopping but I was very happy today! Can’t wait for my new set to arrive! Walked in the York location of Ashley’s furniture to see what we may be able to find for bedroom sets as we were looking to upgrade the mattress we have and get new ones for our son’s room. We were able to find what we wanted and able to finance it for 60 months no interest.

My sales associate, Carol, was very polite, friendly and helpful. She helped me find the shelving units that would fit in the space I had. She researched my questions and after making sure I was comfortable with my choices closed the sale.

As always our experience at Ashley HomeStore was awesome! Our sales person was Lily. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and her customer service skills are pleasantly unheard of. If you visit Ashley Home store on Loucks Road in York, make sure to ask for Lily.
The selection and variety available in-store is only surpassed by what is available on the wonderboard. We feel that the prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding.

Today I purchased a dining room table from ashleys and the associate Mercedes was great she helped me alot qith naking the perfect choice. She was very knowledgeable about the porducts and very professional. I am very pleased with my purchase today

Oh my Gosh! I just did my first furniture purchase at Ashley’s for my new apartment. Our sales person was Mercedes Shupe. She was very helpful with the entire process from selecting the products we wanted to arranging delivery and answering questions.

Grant really helped me when looking at a furniture set. Once I get my bonus I'm definitely going to buy it there. Very friendly and informative.

The young man working in the store was very nice but getting my stuff to my house has be awful! My couch was in stock and my love seat was to be deliver two weeks later. We are going on over 4 weeks and still no love seat. I received two emails saying my love seat would be deliver today but they called and said they don't have it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received!

Had a pushy salesman my first visit but I came back to change my purchase because I knew it was the wrong choice. Ashley furn. /Huguette saleswoman Made it right and will definitely return for furture purchase.

I had the worst costumer service imaginable from this location. Horace was incredibly rude to my partner and me. I will never buy from here again.

I was cordially greeted at the door by Grant who showed me around the store and pointed out the items I was interested in. He didn’t try to persuade me into buying one item over another. Pricing was excellent! I found what I was looking for at great prices. Definitely would shop there again
