Aspen Dental, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

Absolutely loved the Wilkes Barre staff. I am the poster child for the need of dentures. All my teeth deteriorated due to major health issues. The staff did not judge me. My time spent with Keri Whitenack working through the financials was totally painless. I felt like she understood how I felt. I am looking so forward to eating foods without it being chopped up to tiny pieces, eating a steak.hell chewing any food without swallowing it hole.

I haven't been to a dentist for years. Decided on Aspen Dental they were all wonderful. Explained costs fully because of having no Dental insurance. Abby was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable. She is definitely an asset to this company. Great job Abby!

I felt very comfortable at my first visit. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The staff was thorough in explaining the process, exams, and the financial aspects due to my lack of insurance. They made me aware of all options to accomplish my dental needs.

It was amazing Keri, Marcus, Dr Lutz and Gina were so great they made me feel comfortable as soon as I came in the door.they had great customer service skills and explained everything in detail. I recommend my brother to go there as well a wonderful experience I will be back to do the rest of my dental work thank you all for being great awesome job everyone keep it up

The staff were friendly but that's it. It was my first visit which usually comes with a cleaning or something they didn't. They did a "comprehensive check" that was all of a 30 second look at me and completely ignored the main reason I went to the dentist because of a tooth ache. They were more worried about upcharging for other work and again completely ignoring my pain. They didn't fail to mention the $130 dollar electric toothbrush they "give you" but you pay for it and can actually get it cheaper somewhere else. Stay away from big franchise dentist all they care about is $.

Didn't really care for having to come back twice to take care of one issue. And then waiting an hour each time I went back.

Great staff and great customer service! I feel that they were genuinely concerned about alleviating my severe tooth pain and correcting my problem teeth, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Cheryl was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth today. She has over 10 years of experience and does a fantastic job. Thank you.

I'm totally afraid of the dentist but Dr. Rajagopalan was great. The whole staff made me feel and ease. Would definitely recommend them!

Kind, gentle and great at their job! We were able to get my husband an emergent appointment within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

AFTER WAITING 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES, I WALKED OUT. IT TOOK 1 HOUR TO BE SEATED IN A DENTAL ROOM AND AFTER 45 MINUTES i LEFT. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Do not go to aspen dental if you are in pain I had to wait 3 days to see someone and was told that I would have it taken care of that day and when I went there all they did was take all the x rays my insurance would pay for and then tell me to come back 5 days later to actually fix the problem with the dentist telling me that he is to busy to do anything about it now and would have to come back and this is the way things are done here

I was very happy with the service and great friendly personality Cheryl was great thank you very much for making me feel comfortable and at ease you were great. I'm looking forward to being a long-time patient

The work tge do is amazing but the time i spent there was nuts.when i was taken in the back to see the doctor i waited40 minutes before she came to my room.after i saw her i was left there for 25 more minutes while the staff was looking for me. They juat need to comuicate with each other better but the. Work was amazing

Free x-rays is a huge plus. They're included with the first free appointment. I needed a tooth pulled and they prescribed me antibiotics and gave an appointment for a couple days later. Really long wait on the free appointment but that's okay because bit was free. Most of the staff was really helpful and kind.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and the treatment of the staff from the time I entered the office to my checking out. The facility was clean and easy to maneuver (I use a walker). I cannot express how pleased I was with my experience. I will be smiling going to the dentist.now that is impressive!

Forget going here if u don't have insurance. Procedures are over priced. Also I would have expected more options for individuals with limited income. Every other dental or doctors office let's you make monthly payments without signing up for a repayment option only with approved credit check.
Not only was I treated badly, I got documents thrown in front of me when asking for specific document of procedure breakdown.
Seems like there used to uneducated people to throw them thru the ringer.

The front girls were amazing, Cheryl was nothing short of perfect! Will def be visiting Aspen again!
