Well I went there place looked great people were great nice and helpful sat down to go over every thing. $4600 for everything didn't have a problem with that but when she said $1600 for a deep cleaning I got up and left wow.

The service was ok. I felt the Dentist that saw me was not very thorough, I felt like the exam was rushed, (assembly line). I was in a lot of pain. The only thing the dentist did was give me medication a 7 thousand to 14 thousand dollar option.
Definitely not happy with Aspen dental. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Very unprofessional and immature staff. I have never experienced actions such as these in a place of business. It is not even worth 1 star!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Many appointment slots to choose from. Facility was clean and comfortable. Prices a bit higher than anticipated.

The xray technician was good, very tiny room they crammed the xray machine in though. Lot's of turning back and forth in an office chair to get every angle. Also, a little concerning, is that the service tag on the xray machine was expired as of November of 2017, guess they don't keep up on that kind of stuff. My real issue here is with the dentist.

Just as Josh Mowry said, the dentist I saw was rude and in a rush. His name was Chris. I was waiting in the room for him to come in for over 50 minutes. During that time, I saw my "dentist" rush in through the back door, so he wasn't even in the building at work yet the entire time I waited.did he sleep in or something? I was able to see that because they don't have any doors on the rooms (weird). Mind you, my appointment was at 8am, I saw him at roughly 8: 50. So when he finally gets in to look at my teeth, he spends all of 5 minutes (literally 5 minutes MAX) looking at my xrays and teeth and just says I have some cavities.

The initial reason I came was because I had chipped off part of my bottom molar, a fractured cusp caused from weakening by the cavity. Chris mentions nothing about the chipped part of my tooth that was dislodged and is now jammed in between my 2 molars. Doesn't show me my xrays or bothers to explain anything. Just says that I have some cavities, wow. If you look at my tooth you can definitely see that something's going on here.
To top it all off, he recommends that I get my root canal spot from 7 years ago capped which I'm pretty sure is already capped.

Next the dental hygienist came in to check out my gums. She was friendly enough, but honestly I felt like she was full of BS telling me that I have degenerating bone. Please explain further if you're going to shock someone by saying that, but like Chris she was also in a rush.

After all that, I'm waiting for the lady who puts together your bill to explain what the whole thing will cost. After about 10 minutes or so the receptionist came in, who is very nice, and explained that some kind of emergency happened and she won't be in until a little later. Ok, so now she's late too. Well, I can't afford to waste any more time so I just left. Waiting on a call from her.

Very disappointed, and the problem is that this is the only place that accepts my coverage.

So to sum it up: The whole place felt very amateur. It also felt like they were more concerned with selling the more expensive procedures than they were with my actual problems and were basically feeding me some misinformation. Greedy, unprofessional, and "hurry up and do it" are my impressions after my first experience here.

I would highly advise people to look elsewhere.

After x-rays and an exam, I was taken to see the "office manager". She went over the costs and what my outfit pocket costs would be. I felt like they were trying to sell me a service that wasn't really needed. I had bleeding gums since child hood and am still kicking. Typical big chain tactics

The assistants and xray technician were nice. The lady discussing payment options was nice. Dentist was a little rude, seemed to be in a rush, and didn't explain anything, after asking questions and getting one word answers I stopped asking. But my biggest gripe is the prices are ridiculous so I'll be looking elsewhere for next time.

My experience was nothing but awesome. The staff was friendly, made you feel at ease. Didn't make you wait a hour to get waiting on.
I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

HIGHLY dissatisfied with your Aspen Dental Wilkes Barre office. Called 3 times to make an emergency appointment and they had a 1 week wait. The pain is so bad I have a hard time sleeping at night! So, I went somewhere else and fit me in the SAME day I called. You lost a patient. Hope your happy.

These people are absolutely disgusting. Complete crooks. I have never been so mistreated in my life. The refuse to schedule a oral surgeon to see and also refuse to give me a referral. Kristy and the other psycho are no help. The nameless psycho hung up on me when I asked why has it been 3weeks and no one has contacted me. Evil disgusting people.

Had a great experience at this office. Very informed staff and everyone took an interest in me and my dental history. This will be my new dental home.
