25I had a pretty good experience. My biggest problem is i felt rushed through everything.when i got novacaine and they numb before the needle.numb a little better so we dont feel that needle let the numing take effect.everyone needs to stop rushing were not a herd of cattle.we are people that are scared to death to go the dentist.
The service they provide is excellent and staff was very accommodating! Only thing that needs to improve is the wait time of an appointment. I had a 1: 30pm and did not leave til after 5: 30pm. It was very busy but I guess you can say that it was worth the wait!
Didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. My only negativity is that most of the employees had attitude, rolling eyes and made you feel like they didn't want you there. The dentist was good explained everything in an understanding way.
Everyone was Pleasant and friendly very knowledgeable I had a great experience there I would go back next time
My husband fell in our rock garden and hit his mouth on a large rock. He cut up his lip and also the roof of his mouth and I called Aspen, it was about 7pm. The phone representative was very nice and setup an appointment the next day at 9am. All the staff was very friendly and gave him exceptional care. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer and considering the amount of patients that morning we were taken care of quickly! I have been a patient of Aspen but this was his first visit, he was very happy with his care.
