Care was great service was great went in with a bad tooth infection n extreme pain came home no tooth not as much pain they were quick n know what their doing I don't like going to the dentist but I'd definitely go back

First time I choose Aspen Dental and it’s a worse experience. My appointment was 11.45 am and waited 2 hours. I asked how long do I need to wait? She said sorry the next will be you. Another hour passed and the receptionist never solved the problem about how she misplaced my paper and keep running back and forth. If I have stayed there the whole day, she wouldn’t care. I am kind person who avoid to create any disturbance to other people around me.
So, I am never going to see this place again. Worst experience ever.

Wanted a tooth pulled, was told I am too young, but they wanted me to pay 2500 for some crowns, highly disappointed in this place.

I had a bad experience. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked 3 times if the cleaning was part of the advertised promotion. The person said that it was. During my appointment, they took a ridiculous quantity of x-rays, scans, etc. Then proceeded to say my appointment was completed. I asked about the cleaning, and was told that was not part of this appointment. Because it had been 2 years since I had a cleaning, I asked if I could get them cleaned then. I had to pay $95, and while the girl who cleaned my teeth was very nice, she only spent 15 minutes max, and needless to say my teeth are still not clean. To sum it up, they offer a free first visit to give you a high dollar estimate of other work that needs to be done. I will never go back!

I have a serious dentist anxiety disorder, so when my gums/teeth called for professional help (I liked their commercials), I called in the experts. Kat does an expert cleaning. A broken tooth recently brought me to the Mechanicsburg location. Tyler is the BEST! The "house mom" Maryanne, and Dr. Shoaib made an expert team. And upon checkout, Carol made sure I had a fast follow up appointment scheduled! I'm not saying I love going to the dentist now, but it's not quite as scary to go.

The perio hygienists are not only technically competent but truly enjoy their patients. Nothing better than a quick, professional cleaning with techs who love what they do.

Great staff! Very funny. No judgment. The staff didn’t have a bad attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. I would recommend Aspen Dental to a friend or family member.

Convenient location, great facility. Got in and out on time. Both dentist and hygienist were courteous, pleasant and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

After 2 hours and the dentist never came in we left made an appointment at another dentist 2 hours later. Went there got in on my appointment time wa there 1 and a half hours. Not only did they repair the dentures that aspin sain could not be repaired. The sold us 2 new plates. Nice job

Had done root cleaning for myself and to my wife 12/07/2017, and they persuaded us to get deep cleanup and even "told' us when we signed up for root cleanup that this procedure is covered by insurance and they've done probing which insurance says is less than 5 and they did it anyway for my wife now I got bill of 528.00, they are always after your money, I do not have negative rating unfortunately.

Aspen Dental staff were very kind and friendly when I went in for an exam as a new patient. Suzi Miller was so sweet and and took great care of my teeth ️

Friendly courteous staff. They were very helpful when scheduling a appointment. The front office that deals with payments was very friendly and helpful.

Great website. I was able to make an appointment on line for the next day. Great service in the Mechanicsburg location. Got an exam and xrays. The dentist gave me a detailed report about what I would need to fix my teeth and improve my dental health. Worked with my insurance.

I had 4 implants inserted!
I cannot thank Dr Desai and her team enough. The precision, the kindness and caring amazing. Even though this was over a six month journey, they were with me every step of the way. On the day of the actual surgery everything was prepared with NASA like detail. The technology to ensure each implant is placed accurately is 21st century and beyond.
Recommend? Without hesitation!

To all the employees of Aspen Dental, that was my first time there and all were very nice. You all went way above my expectations. Thank you so much for making feel at ease with my appointment. I would & will recommend to all. I will be returning.

Was pleased with Dr. And receptionist. Would recommend to others. Except that it took 3 hours for the appoint.

Aspen Dental is great! I am a Veteran of the US Army. I am 80% disabled but Veterans Affairs won't give me dental unless I'm 100%. Aspen has a great military program where the offered to bring me into their cape coral office and take a look at my mouth and fix the worse thing. The staff was very friendly. The dentist did a great job extracting the tooth.

Staff is great, good location, but, I feel she didn’t really check my teeth like the Aspen in a Pittsburgh & CT. The check up was very different. Either way, I like Aspen Dentist

The girl who performed my teeth bleaching (forget her name sorry) was just amazing a credit to your company.

This place was a major disappointment, sure the original free X-ray screening is a bait and catch to go there but my 2nd visit I called a week in advance before my appointment and waited 2 hours in the waiting room before they turned me away because they wanted more money when I gave them my insurance card and made the appointment in advance I still have tooth pain because of them
