Aspen Dental, Mechanicsburg PA

Been going to them for years and have always been extremely happy and satisfied with them. They have never done or recommended work that is unnecessary and I appreciate that as a client who has in the past with other dentist. I would recommended them to anybody who is looking for a good and honest dentist they friendly and professional.

The staff is very friendly. Office was full upon arrival but appt only 9 mins behind. Quite reasonable. Last visit we arrived early and they took me 15 mins early. Lets face it dental work is expensive. Their prices were reasonable. Met regional manager on first visit and she explained thoroughly what was to be done and the cost. Ample time to ask questions.

I do not have a lot of problems with my teeth, so the service is adequate to the dollar value. It can be hard to schedule an appointment outside of regular work hours. They also seem to be often over-booked, so you do end up waiting 15-30 min past your appt time. I have had mostly positive interactions with the staff, but there is one woman who always seems to have an attitude about life. If you're looking to just get your teeth cleaned, this place will do just fine.

Took two hours of waiting in the lobby to just get a checkup that takes 10 minutes, dental instruments were unclean with brown/black crud on them (noticed it two years ago too but thought I was just seeing things), office staff has poor customer service skills, and the one dental hygienist lectured me on not going in for dental work when you have a cold sore (and I didn't even have a cold sore, it is a scar I've had for years on the inside of my lower lip from my teeth biting it). The only positive thing is that my insurance paid for everything.

Long waits even when you have an appointment. Cannot do 6 month cleanings as they are too busy, usually 8 months in between or more. Constantly pushing additional services that are not needed. They keep telling me to have my wisdom teeth pulled and when I ask if something is wrong, I was told no. They have asked three times now. Sold my hubby $47.00 toothpaste. The Dr saw him after his cleaning and told him a tooth is broken. The office manager eventually took him to make an appointment for a consultation to discuss what to do about the tooth so he could cone back yet again a third time to have a crown put on.
I do not recommend. My husband and I will be looking elsewhere for a new dentist.

Just went for an exam and consultation for future dental work. The lady at the front desk was rude and I didn't even get a Smile until the finance manager came to get me to talk about my financial responsibility. She is the ONLY one that saved this business from losing a customer. I'm going to spend alot of money for dental work, so I hope they adjust their attitudes soon or I WILL go elsewhere!

Great service and customer friendly. I had an emergency dental issue and Aspen was able to provide me a same day appointment and take care of my dental needs. Highly recommend Aspen Dental. VML
