Apartment was supposed to be finished by August, but it’s now October and I still wake up to jack hammering every morning.

We had an issue on moving day and despite how crazy busy they were, the issue was addressed and resolved by the staff.

They are about on par with the rest of State College's crummy land lord agencies but they really take the cake by entering your apartment without providing heads up; this wouldn't be a terribly big deal if they didn't bring strangers in with them and then leave them to do unsupervised maintenance. Goodbye any valuables laying out in the open!
