Very disorganized couldn't get anything accomplished their internet didn't work and they weren't happy to try to go over and above to satisfy our needs so unfortunately only one star and that is for the girl that helped us she smiled a lot

New AT&T customer as of today. Ordered a phone for same day pick up. I need to know if I can get assistance setting up my new phone without an appointment. I’ve called 5 times with no answer.

We were told no appointment was necessary, but when we showed up the next day we had to make an appointment. Customer service is not bad at all, but there are some inconveniences

Not a good experience at all and will never stop by this store! On 11/28/2020 when there looking to open a new services everything seems to goo smooth! Bum, leaves the store without a order number for some reason the order was going to be process for a 3rd person who wasn’t at the store! Sunday pass, Monday pass and Tuesday my wife call to find out there’s where no confidentiality on the information provided! The manager call on Tuesday afternoon saying that the credit check needs to speak with me mmmm what happens with the credit check person I spoke on Saturday the first day I when there? Nothing! The point was according to him the credit person wasn’t available at the moment that he was calling me back later on! Well is 1: 06am on Wednesday still waiting for he’s phone call, YOU DID A GREAT JOB **GERALD SOLANO** manager at this store at the moment on 12/02/2020!
Hopefully this isn’t the type of services you are selling a this store! I’ll made sure corporate, BBB, FTC and FCC knows about this matter!

I was very satisfied with the customer service I received at the AT&T store. The gentleman answered all of my questions, explained everything about the changes I was making, and was kind and friendly. I was very pleased and I will definitely return to that store to purchase a phone for my husband.

Very rude and impatient. Did not setup data on my phone properly so that it did not work even though it was on my bill. Called at&t to fix it and they informed me the plan I was sold was obsolete and wound up with a plan with more data for less money.
