I was serviced by Ms. Dominique at the 15th and Walnut Street location she’s very good at customer service she basically D escalated my attitude and brought me all way back down she made me very comfortable she did a good job and I would appreciate if somebody could recognize this young lady for the hard work in the customer service is that she displays

Customer service by Anthony was superb. His excellent knowledge, patience, respectful interaction with customers is exemplary. I ended up upgrading to iPhone 12 Pro even though my X was still excellent and can last a few more years! He will go far at AT&T. Anthony is a very bright young man who is eager to learn, has good people skills, good character that is apparent to anyone who interacts with him (I'm an educator of over 40 yrs, have coached all ages and many professionals). He's a true asset to AT&T. We need more employees like him. We've been very pleased with AT&T and this is a good chance to send a special shout-out to your hỉring/ training staff. Also the AT&T staff on Walnut St Philadelphia showed good cheer and caring vibes!

I purchased a new iPhone and was assisted by Morgan. I can’t say enough good things about her! She was very personable, knowledgeable and most of all very patient. She explained everything in detail, asked me if I understood and made sure I was satisfied before I left. You have an outstanding employee who would be great in a managerial position!

I upgraded my phone today. What a great experience, the AT&T staff person who assisted me was a wonderful and an extremely helpful tech genius. I love my new iPhone XS, which came highly recommended. So happy that I didn't get the 8, which one of my daughters has. And with a current trade-in promotion, the XS was actually cheaper than the 8, who knew! I was dreading getting a new phone I will admit, but this was not only painless, but a complete home run thanks to the superb assistance that I received from Ron, who I cannot say enough good things about. I got a fantastic deal on my phone, which in and of itself would have been great. But I also wound up getting a fantastic new data plan that will save my family big bucks every month. THANK YOU RON. He helped with downloading etc and basically did EVERYTHING to get me up and running with this amazing new phone. I will be an AT&T customer for life with this kind of stellar experience.

The experience overall was a great experience. I came in to get service added to a new phone and I had just purchased and I didn’t have to wait too long. The store seems to be a popular store but fortunately for me it wasn’t that busy that day so I only had to wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes which was not really a problem because I’m patient which you should be when shopping. I had a service rep named Angie she was very nice and she talked to me and explained a lot of things. She helped me out with pretty much everything that I came in there for. I don’t have any complaints, I love the customer service and I love the overall vibe of the store. I was helped to the T and I got everything that I needed and wanted so for me it was a great experience. I will recommend other people to go there. I will also be going back there myself as well.

I signed up in December of 2018 for a ‘business’ phone plan and added my sister. We were told we would be able to upgrade to the newest phone model every year. Not true. I have family in other parts of the country who were also scammed during this time period with the same promotion. I’m not mad as the newest iPhone was a downgrade from the current one I own. Just disappointed by this companies dishonest sale practices.

I should have heeded the warnings in previous reviews. It's probably hit or miss at this location, but I will not be returning to try again. The employees I encountered are more interested in chatting about football with each other than helping customers. The guy who 'helped' me ended up giving me the wrong iphone - which I didn't realize until I got home. He had no answers to any of the questions I asked and told me that no one in the store could put my screen protector on my phone for me. I'm not the type to get irate or complain to employees - I also work with the public so I get it - but they've got a bunch of uninformed and un-engaged kids staffing this location. Try another.

If you go here ask for Porsha. She's SUPER SWEET AND NICE.she helped both me and my daughter today and even missed her lunch to help us. Good customer service still exist)

Stopped in for an upgrade. They did not have the item I wanted in stock. When I asked the rep to call a nearby AT&T Store and see if they had the item in stock, he told me to call them myself. WHATEVER HAPPEN TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Be warned they will lie directly to your face regarding alleged “deals”. Brandon specifically stated that I would receive a “free iPad”. Despite my specific and pointed questions that I did not want a data plan nor any contract, there is a data plan and a contract. I took the deal because who says no to a “free” iPad. I was told by a rep over the phone that the in store rep lied to my face.

Reps were dismissive and wouldn't talk to me about different phone options. Then my rep disappeared and never returned. Other rep wouldn't help, so I left and went to the one down the block around 12th and Walnut. Much more helpful.
