AT&T Store reviews
37Clean.layout is nice but there's no staff! My 1st visit on 4/23/18 wasn't helpful. My 2nd visit today was much better but I couldn't wait 45mins. At least it was suggested to me to schedule an appt.online for quicker service.
I wish I could give “0” because they have terrible customer service. I was there two times, it was not helpful to find out why I was in. I wanted to get my new phone and they said we will help but we waited more than 15 mins. I never been there!
I love going to this store to pay my cell phone bill and direct TV bill. They give me their in divided attention and respect.
My wife and I went to this store to upgrade our phones. As is the tradition with AT&T, the sales representative brought our all kinds of other devices that we could bundle into our upgrade - speakers, tablet computers, etc. We weren’t interested. But, then she explained to us that AT&T was running a special promotion, and that we could take home the BLAST ultimate ears Bluetooth speaker for free. Better yet, if we took it, we’d save $5 per month on our monthly bill. It seemed too good to be true, so we asked her multiple times. “Wait, so this is free? ” “Yes. ” “There will not be a monthly charge for it? ” “Thats right. ” “Are you sure? ” “Absoultely, it’s a special promotion. ”
We just got our first of 12 charges for $21.58 - because we have to pay for the speaker.
The sales rep just lied to us. There is no other way to look at it. So, if you have to go to this store - be very wary. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Hey this store is great. Even the security guard Christian Blackwell! His guest service skills were incredible. I believe he should be sales rep there!
Sign in with someone when you get there. No one is going to greet you, so it will be up to you to get signed in. Short wait. Resolved issue quickly.
ITS TOO BAD I CANT GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS STORE. THE WAIT TIMES ARE RIDICULOUS. VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WISE BUT QUICK TO SELL. AT&T IS FORCING ME TO DEAL WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STORE. WHICH IS THE REASON I'M SWITCHING PROVIDERS. THERE IS STORE UP THE BLOCK. GO THERE! BEWARE!
My experience was excellent caused he is good at what he do Thank you AT&T@15 Walnut street
Prices in the avarage and gentle employees.
3 stars because they have to improve the customer service: it's often crowded and there aren't enough employees.
Staff was extremely helpful in solving our challenge with a broken iPhone that we needed to upgrade. Design of the store is very inviting. I really like the brick face wall.
The worst costumer service i have ever experienced. Everyone working at that location are rude and disrespectful except for the security man. I have couple of incidents at that location but the worst was yesterday Friday (12/08/2017). I was at the store for two hours just to pick up my new device that was shipped to the store instead of my place. The client treated me in a really bad way. She didn’t apologize for the wait or for the inconvenience caused to me. In fact she blamed me for being impatient because when it was finally my turn she was talking to another costumer instead of pulling off my account information. She then deactivated me old device without opening the new phone and activating it to me. After all of that she told me do you need anything els! You have your the chargers and the headset together with the phone. I said thanks can i get a bag to carry my stuff. She came back with a plastic bag and told me thanks. But i had to spend the rest of the night without a phone or a network. When i came home and finally started my phone. I realized that my at&t account is still not active. So i will have to go back to another store to get this issue hopefully resolved. It’s really disappointing from a big company such as at&t.
They legit don't update online orders, and they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES IN THE STORE. I ordered a phone and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. Its now 1.5 days later, and they have helped in no way shape or form. What kind of retail store doesn't answer phones. Especially for something as important as mobile devices? ! In the future, I will travel anywhere else to avoid this place.
The staff is very helpful. Sometimes I wait a while, but when it is my turn I get all the time I need from the salesperson. They are very happy to help me problem-solve problems I may have with my cell phone or tablet.
Horrible service and bad attitude. They asked me to buy an useless accessory to be eligible to create an account and to keep my number currently in my friend's family plan because I'm not a US citizen and have a work only ssn. I think this is obvious discrimination and I decided to use Verizon who doesn't distinguish working ssn. Goodbye AT&T!
Understaffed and overcrowded. Helpful until you run into an issue, then they ditch you for the next person in line while you're left standing there trying to figure things out on your own.
Customer service was very good at that time of day
I needed help with my wifi. I got in and out
I went there like 30min before closing (08/24/2017). I just needed to buy a sim card for one month. It's an easy job, right? But they told me to go to the next at&t which was working longer and it wasn't that far away so I thought okay. What they didn't tell me that there was a 40min line to wait and I hadn't had the time. I not only think that they send me to another shop because of the laziness but also because we were foreigners. This not a way you treat a customer.
