Marge was awesome, she took her time with me and was sure to try every way possible to make sure i was able to wall out of the store with a phone. I deeply appreciated her efforts.

That place sucks and that's the worst service ever, stay away if possible its not worth the time.

I got pretty good service from store staff. But AT&T and Samsung have not given me good service to fix my phone. They can fix but they refuse to fix it free. They messed up my phone with an update.

Molases. That is customer service speed that you will encounter here. Maybe it was the time of the day, but i've been here an hour at this point and it doesn't look like anything will change soon. There were 3 people ahead of me when I came in. This is extremly slow.

Not happy brought screen protector with case cost me 100.00 for a case I didn't want basic black. No other color but just got a new phone

Went for application of screen protector. Vic initiated immediate customer service. Polite professional friendy.

Went to just look and ended up purchasing 4 items for my daughter. Was given a good deal on what I was looking for.

I no longer have my account with them because it was pricey to have a cell phone with this company. We were waited on rather quickly but both times I had to go in & speaK with someone, they couldn't answe all my questions. I was told "I don't know the answer to that" & they didn't bother to try & find out for me either. Needless to say my cellphone service is no longer with AT&T, which used to run over $200 per month. I am happier now.

Every time I go in there, there are different people and they never know how to fix things. I end up with being on the phone with there customer service who remote in my phone and it get fixed right. The problem with that is that your on the phone for hours, but they do it right at least.

Every time I go there I come out with another problem. And they just play on there phones and you have to ask for help.

A nice AT&T location. Fairly large with an open floor plan. The salesman was attentive and helpful in answering my questions. Located next to a Vision Works and a Checkers.

It was such a good experience. Ludis and the manager Ray where very helpful. Ludis gave us every detail and told us every promotion going on and did everything step by step.

I went in there and tried to speak to a salesperson. But I couldn't hear the person because they were blasting music in there! Very ignorant. How do u sell a product when u cant, hear your customers?

The only issue i have is the customer service number, no one at the store ever answers the phone!

Great staff with great attitudes. Always helpful and cheerful. Never have to wait as someone always makes themselves available to assist.

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. My 60 year old father went there for a new galaxy 6 and they gave him nothing but problems. The associate who sold us the phone was coughing in our face the entire time. We were told we had to order the phone and it would be there in three days. Six days later we call to ask if it has come in and the associate said "No" without looking into it and hung up on him. DO NOT GO THERE. Rude and horrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
