24Had a problem with my phone, did get it fixed, but some of the workers were rude, talking about other people, not being professional or proper!
This is the worst store, i tried to call them about my phone to send my phone back to me, someone turn it in to there store, tried 100 times they never answer the phones, I live in maryland 6 hours away, A&TT tried to call them too, and email them to call me, i don't know what kind of business there running, but its bad name A&TT, Please.if you see this please return my phone 6sedge plus back to me, look in my account theres notes A&TT left for you.
Zach and Ray were so helpful, and they made buying a new phone a pretty fun experience. They cracked me up and I walked away with everything I wanted!
I find this store to give excellent service.my associate yessica couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.did everything! Started helping me right at the door.left very happy with a totally loaded up phone.didn't have to do a thing! Thanks yessica!
