Lets call this purchase experience what it was shall we? Pleasant to the point of Suspicion! While there, the dealership provided every courtesy and the impression of luxurious competence resonated. But the star of the event was David Beifeld. Total time from identifying (out of state no less) the vehicle to pickup was 48hrs. David's handling of me from first contact to drive away was nothing less than familial. His arrangement of my desired instructions afforded me the ability arrive, purchase, and drive away in less than an hour. Touche'!

Andre Barnett was my service advisor and I cannot thank him enough. This guy must read the Audi encyclopedia at night. He’s able to answer every question I throw at him. Very professional and courteous, will definitely be using Audi Devon in the future.

Went for emissions/inspection. The guys who greet you in the garage were very nice, and John was great.

Don't you just love it when a dealer sells you a car that has the battery die on you a week later, right after telling you the car passed their "multi point inspection"? Better yet, I'm told that the inspection showed nothing wrong about the battery and that the car was fine when they had it. I guess saving a hundred dollars is worth more to them than having a customer come back in the future. Horrible experience. Nice job at ripping me off though Thomas Himsworth, you definitely got me.

I'm delighted with the experience of purchasing my new vehicle from Devon Audi. Jeff Haddad is very friendly & accommodating and he is clearly very knowledgeable regarding cars generally and Audi specifically. The customer service here is very bad and not up to par with the service offered at other Audi dealerships. There is a disdain that the salespeople display here with people of color

I recently had a service appointment at Audi Devon & found the service dept to be *extremely rude* & displayed *racist* attitudes towards its customers. I've usually used the Audi dealerships in West Chester & Wilmington in the past & found them to the excellent. But Audi Devon is particularly *racist* in their attitude towards their customers. The Service Mgr. Joe should be fired immediately. Disgusting service.

Worst Service department, they dont check even oil levels properly after the service. Very low diligence to the car. Not going here again, very bad experience.

The SAs were so RUDE when they saw us drive a Nissan to the store. They also gave us a really high price of a 2017 used premium A4 (over $40,000 in total). They exploited us because we were new car buyers. Their attitudes were like "buy it, or leave" and they say "we treat our customers like friends" which only happens after you pay the price. Won't choose them anymore.

The service provided by this dealership is second to none. Even though my latest visit was related to a factory recall, their was no drop-off in quality with any aspects of the visit.

This is my second car with Audi Devon and the experience across the board has been great. From sales to service, have never had a problem. Great job!

The techs are true professionals - courteous, thorough, and detail oriented. Andre our tech made sure that the problem with my car was corrected as quickly as possible. In the meantime, I drove around in a beautiful, brand new Q5 for a few hours. I'd also add that although I was helped by Andre during this visit, all of the techs at Audi Devon are knowledgeable and professional.

I live closer to another Audi dealership that I used in the past with unsatisfactory results. I was pleasantly surprised at the way Devon treated me and my 2005 A8L. Kyle my service advisory was great and very attentive to my vehicle issue and keep me updated as to the progress of my repairs. I will continue to drive miles out of my way to take my vehicle to Devon. This is the way a service department should operate. GREAT JOB AUDI DEVON!
