Audi Devon

This is my go to place for my car because I know that the work will be done correctly and the pricing is a good value.

The staff is very accommodating. For example, the car technicians took a picture of my son's toy fixing the car because my son believes that cars are Transformers and toys can anything a person can.

Overall, if I could rate more than 5 (five) stars I would.

My sales person, Tom Himsworth, was the reason I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for an SUV but was not committed to any Make/Model. Tom was so helpful and informative that I felt comfortable I would be taken care of at Audi Devon and that Tom would be there even after I purchased the Q5. As a matter of fact he was, Two days after I got the car I had to call him to find out how to find the defroster and how to turn on the back windshield wiper. And, as he promised, he was there to help. Nathan also was very clear and concise while we were doing all the paperwork when I picked up the car. I don't replace my cars often so Audi Devon will not have to be happy to have me as a service customer but I will definitely recommend Tom and Audi Devon to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

Excellent NO PRESSURE purchasing experience for Cliff Corum. We will buy another Audi from this location. Had a great experience with Michael Curry at the service department. Everything is very organized and thorough here. They give you good recommendations without being pushy. Also cleaned my car at the end, I was very satisfied overall.

Audi Devon is a first-rate team. Highly professional team and does enough volume to have great inventory and be competitve on price. Sales really knows the cars. Executing the sale was quick and painless. Good bank relationships. Ask for Cliff - I am on my third Audi and this was my best experience yet.

Service dept is also first-rate. Thorough, quick, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Cliff was available and responsive. He found the car I wanted and worked it within my price point. He took a customer oriented approach to the transaction. Nathan, the finance manager, was easy to work with.

A great experience, and haven't even bought a car yet!

So I bought Tires for my A6 from Tire Rack, and needed them installed in a pinch. Dealer took the car right in gave me a quote and options, stored my tires, and set me up the next morning. It wasn't that out of the ordinary for a dealer, but the fact that everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I am looking at a new S5 tomorrow.

Awesome experience. Went in on a whim and and couldn't be happier. Cliff created a no pressure, honest and transparent atmosphere. Gave a more than fair value for my trade-in and an excellent deal on a new A4. Not to mention, Cliff was off that day and only stopped in for something in the back office. After 3 years of experience working with and at numerous luxury and exotic car dealerships, Audi at Devon is running with the bulls when it comes to overall experience. Their Showroom is one of the biggest on the mainline, their coffee bar could compete with Starbucks, and their employees are as friendly as a bed breakfast. Bought my first car here from Cliff C.and it definitely won't be my last!
