AutoZone, Philadelphia PA

I came there because it’s the closest one near where I live.but I rather go to the North Philly one where the customer service is excellent.
I bought spark plugs that they tried to over charge me for they didn’t give no options the staff was arguing about who would take the next customer which made the wait longer, the attitudes were horrible the cashier tried to redeem herself after playing with other staff but at this time me and the other customer were fed up employees were walking by customers not asking if they need help one came in from the outside smoking blowing smoke while in the store. I would rather take my chances and breakdown on my way to furthers auto zone to get better customer service.

Store manager provides EXCELLENT customer service.always find what i need at this store easily.

I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE A BATTERY FOR MY VEHICLE, N WAS DENIED
A BATTERY TESTING OF BATTERY TO BE PURCHASED N DENIED courtesy 10% off, due to an emergency ask for battery at least $100.00 Dollars was all I had in EMERGENCY MONEY, N WAS TREATED TOTALLY DISREGARDED, FROM FULL STAFF, MANAGEMENT INCLUDED
THIS AFTER I HAD ALREADY PULLED OUT BATTERY FROM MY VEHICLE TO STORE COUNTER, SO IN THE END, REFYSED TO PURCHASE AFTER.

You should call and make sure they have what you need the only down part about the AutoZone is in stories that are in the different neighborhoods people treat you differently say for instance a store on Vine Street if you're awake guy you walk in there you have a security guy follow you around the store

Not exactly a great visit. Parking lot had cars that were being worked on. Went there to have them help with an OBD code review. It connected to the car easy enough but the computer was broke.
Drove all the way other there and why didn't they mention their system was done

Horrible customer service.all of the staff are nasty, rude, unprofessional.lack people skills, lack service skills.they spend more time conversing with eachother than the customers.many people complain about this particular location. Its horrible the owner needs new management & new staff.not one person is needed

Manager Chris stopped what he was doing n helped me with a check engine light.

Need to have staff that don't act as if you are bothering them when you walk in thr door.customer service is definitelt needed for this chain. Folks get theae jobs and become to comfortable.no sense of professionalism.every and any job should be done with tact not rude behavior, laziness, etc.feels more like a hang out spot than a business. I would prefer to go to advance auto just to avoid the staff and i am not the only customer who feels this way.shop owners do as well

It amazes me that people who have no idea about cars are allowed to sell car parts. How can someone who doesn't have a clue give you advice for your car? I wonder if corporate been in this store before they made the commercial.

This Auto Zone is adequately stocked, but the staff isn't professional. Though the gentleman at the cash register was pleasant and courteous, he was having a full blown conversation with his coworker who was eating in the back, so he was yelling back to her. There was a line, but she was more interested in eating periodically and talking than helping. I won't be coming back to this store for anything.

Need to be more helpful you ask those people about anything in there and there quess is as good as yours.

As far as what products they carry, this location is no different from any others but this location stay with long lines, staff be slow and all the street mechanics be there to help you out.

They treat their costumer they they not paying with their money and everyone that comes in there is a thief

Poor customer service skills. Too much attitude.some of the employees are ok. Management is very rude.

The girl that I had to deal with was rude, with attitude. The worst was when she was making fun of my accent. Not helpful because she asking me weird questions that didn't have nothing to do with what I was there for. I'll definitely not return to that location

Not professional.seems like a zoo.the store is ghetto.they need to come thru with a bulldozer and knock it down and make it parking.unfriendly atmosphere, store not set up correctly.everybody all over top of each other.the service people are not the best.need to be retrained in customer service

Horrible customer service! The muslim girl is lazy and doesn't want to help anybody. The guy Corbin left out with a black guy with a blue car to check his engine light. He bounce between 4 different cars in the lot and came back with white lady that had a black car bypassing me while I was patiently waiting. Will never spend one red cent in this place again!
