Customer service was terrible they act like they was doing me a favor by waiting on me I waited so long that I just looked my part up on my phone to find the part number I will not shop there again

Unprofessional the 56st branch is the worst on the west side of philly they hire anybody the cashier line's be packed they order the wrong part's they should close it down or get better management

There are some lazy worker's in this store the one girl that looks like a clown with all that makeup she need to be trained she don't know where anything is in the store. I really didn't want to give them a star. The worst place

I only had to go there once (there is a smaller store closer to me). When I got there my car died (electrical problem). One of the workers, Chris, came outside, gave me a jump, checked my electrical system, and found my problem. This was much more involved than running in and out for a part. Everyone was very helpful and friendly,

I've never had an issue at this location, always had what i needed.
The location at 58th Baltimore is horrible and they never have anything on stock you need.
Customer service was not that good, employees need to be retrained.

The lady at the front was very rude. Instead of just ordering a part that I asked for she just said ain't no more and don't know if there be anymore however when my husband ask her later that day she told him they getting a fresh shipment in.
