I wish there were a NO STAR option. I went for an Express oil change on my 2014 Civic, sat patiently in the waiting room for 2 hours, then went to the service desk where the young woman told me the car was still not in the shop and it would be another hour, and she was going home. So I also left. There are only a few dealers in PA, so I do understand their take it or leave it attitude. If you are in a hurry, this dealership may not be for you.
Dan Brannigan has been helping my family purchase/lease cars for as long as I can remember. After my mother came home with a brand new Honda CRV a few weeks ago, I decided that I wanted to trade in my car for an "upgrade". Dan introduced me to the Honda HRV and I fell in love with it immediately! He was very informative, professional, and prompt. Don't show up for express service. They may not take you even if you are there before closing time. We were turned away and that is poor customer service. Will not recommend.
I bought a 2016 CRV from Baierl Honda and continue to be very pleased and satisfied with their service and their consistent professional manner. I will never take my car anywhere else for servicing, and my next car will be another Baierl Honda buy.
I went into Express service to get what I thought was just an oil change but it turned out to be time for routine 15,000 mile service on my 2017 CRV. When they told me it would take about 2 hours, I asked about making an appt and getting a loaner which they did on the spot and did the entire service that day. A couple hours later, I got my car back and it was efficient and seamless. Everyone in the service department treated me so well and the convenience was amazing.
We had an awesome experience with Baierl Honda. We put getting a new car off for a long time because it's stressful and you have to play the game. Bairel Honda, specifically Chuck Serman, made this process a piece of cake. Easy process, no games and straight forward. Chuck made sure I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I would highly recommend dealing with Baierl Honda-ask for Chuck Serman!
We bought a CR-V from them last week and were very pleased with the service. Our salesperson, Gabby, was quick to respond to questions and worked to make sure we were satisfied. The manager, Lindsey, was also great and was very responsive. The experience with Baierl was the best we’ve had when buying a new car. I felt they were reasonable with the negotiations and they didn’t waste my time during the sales process.
