The snack bar Attendent was the most rude and emotionally out of Control person I have seen in months. Never go there ever again

I broke my fear of this virus stuff the husband and I went to Barnes and nobles I felt so safe the people had mask and gloves on so clean I will definitely be going there again job well done

Knowledgeable and attentive staff, very willing to help. Clean and organized with a great selection of books and music.

The book store is clean feel safe in the store.except the lady work at the Cafe was so so rude I was here today ask for triple short with white Mocha she told me to go starbuck for that.and she sounds very rude.she not try to not help at all when I ask what can I get from here. I could just walk out without any drink but I understand that she only the lady that work there and get paid who is not care about customer service. /21/21

Everyone there is so helpful and willing to help you with your needs. It's really hard to find good customer service but this is one place that has excellent customer service.

The book store itself is great, even has a toy section for a last minute bday gift for my nephew. My only issue was ordering a latte, paying $5 for a small and not getting it after waiting for almost 20 minutes.

Great books, movies, music, and toys. Wonderful customer service and lots of cool in-store events.

Who doesn't love Barnes & Noble? I clumsily spilled my Chick-fil-A milkshake on their carpet picked up my cup which was broken in now pulling into my hands. There were very nice about it and clean it up right away. They have a huge selection of just about any kind of book you could want.

This place has many books to choose from! This place welcomes people of all ages, and also has a kid zone! This place is great!

Absolutely love this place! The staff WAS super knowledgeable but since everyone buys digital books and not physical books the store could no longer keep several great employees that were great for getting perfectly paired book suggestions. Now when i go i am unsure of my purchases. I still go because the remaining staff are super polite and kind, the prices cant be beat, and there is nothing that can replace the smell and feel of a new book.

Only place that had the book I was looking for. 1st book I brought myself in about 20 years. Heart of Darkness amazing read.

I love a good books store, even though there are only a few left. This location is huge! Great atmosphere to sit and read, drink coffee, find your favorite book. Bright, airy, friendly staff (who go out of their way to find you any book you're looking for!).

They have a great children's section with a vast selection of books and a cute area you can sit and read. My kids LOVE going here!

I love going into this store, ALLLL the magazines, the books and toys. The coffee place is good too.

A great selection of books for readers of any age. Has a great kid section and they offer story time. Love that you can also purchase Starbucks coffee and enjoy while reading the book you purchased. Nice quiet store. I love it there.

An awesome New store with lots of discounted items too. This B&N store will not disappoint you.

Moderate size store. Well organized and maintained everytime we visit. Staff is very helpful if you can't find what you're looking for. Starbucks inside is pretty good as well.

One of the last places that you can go and actually touch and peruse new books. The smell, the feel, a lost time. Sure they have other things now and thier selection isn't nearly as big as it use to be. But it's still there. A good ol brick and mortar book seller. And even though i do buy e-books a bunch. Nothing beats the touch of the real thing. Plus they make my book shelf look great.

Large source of books to feed the mind. Always a great fantasy section for my tastes. Very pleasant to walk around.
