24I love bookstores. I hate to see so few of them these days. However, I ordered a book online for pickup in store. Found a store where it was available albeit a bit of a distance. When I got there, they didn't have it. Very disappointing. Store was clean and I'll be back but this was a wasted trip.
I would rather pay premium money for premium service. One of the very few storefronts you can come to, to enjoy a real book. I had lost many books online for various reasons, so I just do not have faith in digital downloads. Fiendly people and they help you find books and or order them in for you.
Just about any book or magazine you could be looking for and then some. All types of cool goodies too. Let's not forget the board and brain games. Always a great place to go and relax. Whether I'm looking for something specific or just browsing, I always find it to be very relaxing. A good place to go if you're feeling stressed. The Starbucks is the cherry on top.
They have a great selection of books and educational items but there’s always one clerk for a line of 10+. Sometimes I avoid buying things because the lines are too long.
