Bennett INFINITI of Allentown

My experience at Bennett has been wonderful. Rob Bennet has a wonderful team specifically Rob F and Nabil. I originally met with them because I was in a vehicle that I was having significant issues with and was interested in looking at an infinity. They sat with me and worked through countless questions and vehicle options. I have received follow ups making sure I was happy with my purchase. Needless to say, I could not be happier. I am grateful to the team and will absolutely be a repeat customer. I can not recommend them enough if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I had a terrible experience today at this dealership. Upon entering with our two small children we were promptly directed to the back of the building to get a drink and told that someone would be with us soon. Multiple employees came back into the room and we made a couple trips out into the main showroom area, in both locations the employees ignored us. This went on for about 30 min, when we decided to leave. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a while! We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Buyer Beware! They have quality cars but lack quality people. They proudly show trophies in their entrance but completely fail to live up to the standards of those trophies. The lack of respect they provided me and my family (including my 2 younger daughters) was disgraceful. Now, they have tried blocking my truthful comments to silence a real experience that my family endured. Don't be a causality to such disrespect. The auto mile is filled with better options.

Awesome customer service at Bennett Infiniti of Allentown and kudos to Tyler McGuire for going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! Very happy to have stopped there just to return a leased car and ended up purchasing one! Everyone there was so nice and accommodating.

Amazing! Our QX80 had a break down not far from them, we are out of state, well called and they took us right away fixed the problem and we were on our way in 2 hrs, amazing team and service dept. Very pleased with Infinity service dept. Bill answered all of our questions.

Nabil was as impressive as a sale consultant as I have ever worked with an I average being involved in 10 new car deals every 5 years, you cant go wrong at Bennett

We had purchased qx60 over Labor Day weekend, we had the pleasure of working with Nabil. This started back in early June looking for a qx60 with the right specifications for us and Nabil was so accommodating, many salesmen would have just pushed another vehicle on a buyer but not Nabil. Didn’t make a deal on a 2010 G37 coupe but When im ready in the spring time I will come back here for one. Sales guy Nabil was very nice and he took the time to explain everything in detail too me and address my concerns. Even when I told him my credit wasn’t the best he still treated me like a valued customer and didn’t turn away like some other places do. Very good expirence and I will come back for a preowned g37 soon!

We stopped in at the dealership to look at their pre owned cars. After milling about their lot for a few minutes we were approached by a salesman. Nabil did not pressure us at all, spent time with us looking at all the options, and gave us the same attention as if we were buying a top of the line Infiniti. I would definitely go back to Bennett. I just bought my first INFINITI after driving a competitor for the last 10 years. My Q50 is an excellent sports sedan that is really fun to drive. It also gives me plenty of room in the cabin and trunk for when we go on vacation. Equally as good as my vehicle was my experience with Alex Larsen - my sales rep. He spent a great deal of time helping me figure out which INFINITI would be best for me and my driving needs. A great experience all around.

My husband purchased me the Infinite qx30, I'm very picky, and I was indecisive, but Nabil was excellent. AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

Five stars all the way! Cj my salesman was great! I traded in my lease for another Infiniti Q50 that wasn’t on the lot but Cj got it for me the next day. Exactly what I was looking for. From sales to service, top notch. I bought my first Infiniti 13 years ago, I can’t imagine driving any other car. Bennett Infiniti is the way to go!

I had a very good experience working with Alex Larsen. He answered all of the questions I had and addressed any of my concerns. He was great about setting time aside to work with me over the course of a week. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership.

Only time I could come by was after work. They stayed late and helped me find the right car. Best purchase I've ever made, so far.
