I was looking for a Q50s for about a week and a half, saw one online at Bennett Infiniti, in the pictures it looked great, but in person it looked Better! Just what I was looking for! Great looking show room with an outstanding curious staff, go see my sales product specialist Kevin O'Malley! The Q50s runs great!

Fast and easy sales experience. George P was very reasonable to deal with. Relaxed, laid-back environment in waiting area while you wait for paperwork to be processed. Very impressed.

Just turned in our 4th Infiniti with Bennett. CJ our salesperson was awesome and very attentive. We leased a new 2018 Q50 and are very pleased with the condition of the car by detailer and service by CJ explaining the equipment and answering all our questions. Would and have reccommended to all looking for a great car buying experience.

I've had already 2 bad experiences there.
1- left my car there for rear bumper replacement and paint job, they did good job.mean while they gave me a rental for the days my car was being replace, when I bring back the rental the lady the works or worked there at the time told me that I hit the front bumper against something and she was blamed me for that, and wanted to charge me another 400 and something dollars I've told her go F, yourself. I didn't do that.
2- they charged me for a part $50 when I bring to my mechanic he said thats not the correct part, I bring it back to Infiniti and they refunded me $42 for it. I took an $8 dollars loss which it ain't a lot.but that isn't the point.everytime I go to this dealership theres always something. I'm completely DONE with them.be aware when you pay cash, make sure you get the persons name whom you handed the cash and get a receipt, always get receipts.

I just had an amazing buying experience at Bennett Infiniti! Emilio Cruz absolutely went above and beyond in the entire experience. It was awesome he went over all my options, incredibly knowledgeable, and seemed as if he had my best interest in mind! Ultimately he got me into my car and I couldn’t be any happier, keep up the phenomenal work! I recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely ask for Emilio Cruz to take care of you, you won’t be disappointed, I’ll bet my g35x on it! -Wally S.

Not a trustworthy dealership. I was with a friend who purchased a used vehicle there, he was told by the salesperson in my presence that the oil leak and check engine light would be taken care of. After purchase, the dealership refused to handle the oil leak, saying that it was not covered under their used car warranty and pawned him off to a Jeep dealership where they said they would only pay to reset the check engine light and not repair the underlying cause. After taking the vehicle to another mechanic, it was found that the vehicle was in need of an oil pump. The people here are great when your buying, but if you run into issues, their warranty isn't worth the paper its printed on. If your looking for a used vehicle, do yourself a favor and check out Steel City Auto in Bethlehem, they stand by their used vehicles!

Buying the car itself was a pleasure. I was treated with great respect and courtesy. I was given the royal treatment to make the deal. Once it came time to deal with the service dept.however, things went downhill.
They touted this great valet service where they save me time and pick up the car for me and drop off when done. This led to the car being driven into a curb by the driver getting lunch in my car on the trip back with it and hoping I did not notice. Also the fact that the guy I think smoked in my car and ate lunch in it. Then I had to fight with the service manager to get the car fixed on their dime. They they brought it back from their repair shop after fixing my bumper damage and brought it back with a cracked windshield. I again called and had to fight with the service manager to get this corrected. His solution was for me to use my insurance glass coverage and he would pay my deductible, which in the end, I lost because it caused a claim for me when not in my possession. Another time I had it in to fix some issues with the door speaker and they did not fasten my door panel on properly and I had to have them fix it on the next 40 mile each way trip up there.
Any further service appts were a headache. The service techs were usually pretty rude and not what I expect after buying a luxury car from them.
Fast forward to the end of my lease, they would not return my calls about turning my car in there. I ended up just paying to end my lease early and turned into a local Nissan dealer since the dealer I bought from would not return my calls.

Overall poor service which is the straw that broke the camel's back. I will not return as a customer due to this experience.

My wife and I had recently purchased a used vehicle from Bennett Infiniti of Allentown. One of the things the dealer had asked us to do was initial a Carfax report indicating the vehicle had not been in any accidents. They did tell us that if something had happened it may take a month or two to show up on this report, but that Carfax would stand by it – side note – Carfax doesn’t stand by anything unless it’s a branded title vehicle.

The second day when we got to really use the vehicle my wife had discovered two work orders in the manual in the glove box. These work orders consisted of a number of replacements and fixed items – hood, door, bumper, fender, etc. This was late in the day so I contacted our salesman Patrick Shuey via text explaining what we had found and asked why this was reported on the Carfax by bennet as a mere “trim check” on the report matching the miles to the ~$2700 repair work order. The work orders and the one that showed up on Carfax were dated April and May of this year – plenty of time for that to be on the report – one of which was - a fasle one.
I called back that Saturday and again asked about it, in which I was told “they had no idea. ” I asked how this could be if it’s their collision center that did the repairs, and it was reported on the Carfax as a trim check on that mileage. I was then reminded about the Carfax we were given and how we had initialed it and that this should be a Carfax issue and that Carfax will stand by it. As this was some serious, accident-looking repairs, I requested that I take this car to a third party mechanic – and that they cover any charges for having the vehicle checked out to make sure there were no safety issues or frame damage. They refused, and said I had to take it to them. The same people that just lied about it. I then went to look into other options.
In speaking with Carfax, they could not help me at all and just simply requested the dealer’s work order so they could look into that reported day/mileage. A different car dealer took a look at the Carfax reports and said to bring the vehicle in – they’ll open it up and take a look around and check the repairs, check for frame damage, and give me photos and anything else I might need to take back to Bennett.
This dealership had called back had told me that the repairs were well done and there was no detectable frame damage. This had at least put me at ease as far as being tricked into buying an unsafe car. This dealer had also mentioned that I should try to go back to Bennett to see about getting a couple hundred dollars to help with the now damaged resale value of my car especially with the purchase price being based off of no accidents. They also said that it was suspicious that the mileage for the major repair would be switched with the Carfax minor report of a simple check – they believe that Bennett was trying to avoid a certain amount of repairs reported on the vehicle but were unsure why.
I called Bennett back and at this point I was told that despite them misreporting this, there was nothing they would do.
I spoke with a local lawyer and explained the situation, asking if something could be done legally. He stated that we could definitely move forward and get something from them, but it would not be worth the cost and time to do so for me.
So here I am reaching out to anyone in order to warn everyone I can about the shady practices at Bennett in Allentown. I cannot speak for their new car purchasing experience, but as far as used cars go – don’t trust Bennett one bit. They will lie and misreport damages, then wash their hands of you. They know it’s not feasible to try to fight them legally, and so they laugh in your face. They did this to me, and they have probably been doing this all along and will continue to do so to anyone they can get away with it on– although with one less “detail person” who was probably fired for allowing us to discover the work orders and shed some light on their behavior.

I usually hate dealing with dealerships. Bennett changed that. They were a pleasure to deal with. Nabil listened to what I said, and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I will definitely recommend Bennett to my friends and family.

We had many questions, calls, and texts. We were answered very quickly every time and they even delivered the truck after a pickup snafu.

Highly recommended. Best experience buying a car.after I exhausted my search in New York City, I found a much better deal at Bennett Infinity. I drove 2 hours to see the car and it was in perfect condition. CJ was honest, made sure to explain everything, already had the car washed and took me for a test drive. Everyone else was very professional. Thank you CJ.

Purchased a vehicle from here a couple weeks ago. The service that was provided by both CJ and Greg were outstanding. They offer fair deals and are very upfront with all information you are looking for. Would recommend them to anyone interested in a quick, easy, and fair deal on a new or used car.
