Best Buy, Pittsburgh PA

Terrible service, 5 employees standing around. Said add your name to the list, for help. I did not have questions. I needed a case opened, to purchase ram. They said you still have to add your name to the list. I then got frustrated, and pointed at one of the 5 available employees staring at me, and said I need you to open this for me. I have a client that is waiting, there is no one in the store ;!

I went to purchase a computer. I'm a bit tech savvy but not when it comes to all the jargon.i wanted a computer for my mom to do some online classes, games and photos.my salesman actually took the time to suggest a better model with a slight price difference, that way i get what i need for longer.i appreciate the effort in getting me more bang for my buck.

The best buy on 51 has excellent service, I'm impressed with how the service agent went out of her way to help me find a product I was searching for.

First off, stay away from Geek Squad! I'll leave it at that. If I was only rating them, it would be a 1 star
The store is nice and has a lot of helpful people. They lack some knowledge when it comes to more complicated questions, but I try not to fault them too much. This location also has good stock when compared to the other nearby locations. And I like their price matching policy. If you can find it cheaper at another retailer, even after purchase, they will match it. I got $50 knocked off a keyboard just by googling it in the store and finding it on sale, so take advantage of it if you can

Terrible. Same as 90% of the Wal-Marts out there. Bare shelves. Especially if you're a collector. And this started before the pandemic. Seems like all of the pittsburgh walmarts just don't care at all. They don't restock. And they don't enforce the 1 per customer rule.

We had a great experience. My daughter got the computer she wanted. Malcolm was an awesome salesperson!

I don't think I will be going back to this one. They wouldn't let me return my phone even though I got it there the same day. They wouldn't even help me with my problem was rude and didn't care to help.

Very nice employees at this location. Got all my questions answered. And the one they couldn't answer they didn't just say anything, they were honest and said they didn't know how to help, but asked numerous other employees to see. Honesty and respect go a long way for me.

They were very helpful to me. They sold me a cricket phone that's worth $130 for $90. Cricket activated it for me. Cricket asked me what I paid for the phone. After all due to the circumstances they referred me to Best Buy. Cricket told me they couldn't have sold me the phone for that price. Both businesses were very helpful to me that day!

I absolutely love BestBuy always have what you want and need when you want it and when you need it

This was the least busy Best Buy that I have ever been to. The associates were friendly and quick to help when needed.

I've always had negative experiences at Best Buy. All of their products are overpriced, and none of the workers know what they're talking about. If you know alot about Computers and Phones, like I do, you're better off shopping online.

I have gotten a lot of items from Best Buys throughout the years and always find their service people helpful and courteous to me. I rely on their support with my computer problems and they have been very patient with me and also the sale agents in other departments have been so great with televisions, appliances. They are reasonable and I am they are close to my location. Love the store and always so clean and friendly.

Wait at the apple store was over an hour. Went to this best buy and the girl was super nice and matched the price of the new iPhone from the apple store and the price for the case from amazon! I'll never go to the apple store again.

So I love the product selection at Best Buy but I hate Bestbuy salesmen because they always like to imply that I'm poor and stupid. I bought a laptop only after telling no less than six employees to leave me alone.

Andrew is fantastic. It's busy and he has you think your the most important person in the place. Doesn't rush you and explains things you don't understand.

Lots of merchandise. Prices seem ok, but every two feet you walk someone is asking if they can help you. So annoying! It's too much! Let me browse the store!

Very helpful staff. Pre-ordered Coco on Blu-ray steelbox edition and was in and out in a flash. Good price and there were plenty available even an hout after the store opened.
