Best Buy reviews
30In a world of ever decreasing levels of customer service, this Beat Buy location and manager amazed me by dropping the bottom of the scale to a level not seen in years! I would strongly suggest making your purchase elsewhere as the return process is HORRIBLE! I purchased a new TV from them (their brand at a price point) to give as a gift to my elderly mother. When we opened the box to hang the TV, we discovered it had a bad screen although the box was in perfect condition. Long story short, I was told in a very unprofessional manner that they were not going to do anything for me as it was damage not defective. Had to buy another tv (elsewhere of course) and now out hundreds of dollars for the one I bought at this Best Buy. Needless to say, that have lost a customer for life and earned a dissatisfied customer who is willing to share his experience every chance he gets.
Team worked really hard to find what I needed. Supervisor was very helpful. (Phone dept). Great customer service.
Nice selection, average prices. Employees are helpful, sometimes too helpful. Hard to browse without getting swamped.
It's ok, first thing the guy said to me and my daughter are you here to buy something expensive? I went for component part but the nerve?
Other than every employee asking if you need something, they have the electronics you are looking for plus their Gamers club gives a great discount.
This Best Buy isn't terrible for a quick stop. It's a big store and the layout is decent. Guy who helped me get a new phone was extremely friendly and made the upgrade a seamless transition. Some of their employees seem out of it at times, but overall it's not terrible. Prefer South Hills Village though.
Terrible place to call. All automated and you can't get to speak with a associate. I've pressed buttons trying to reach someone. Was on hold for over 20 minutes. Nobody answered oh well I'll take my business elsewhere.
I only went in to price compare, but was able to do that with my phone. The rep.was very helpful and I was satisfied with choices available.
Knowledgeable staff however item looking for (Apple watch) no displays only literature on it. Employee went over pro / con of the watches yet was pushing open box units (gen 1 and 2) for "better deal"
