They were really helpful and my warranty on. My Xbox one wasn’t working correctly so they went above and beyond to make sure we left with a new xbox! Only complaint I have is when I called they passed me around on hold because no one knew how to help me until I got hung up on. However when I went into the store it was a good experience

Assisted quickly. The item in question was not in stock but the clerk was able to order it online for me and delivered to my house at no extra cost. Quick. Simple. Easy.
